It is crazy the amount of work you get done and you still make meals of that type? Really wish you would share the recipes, not that I want the Spanish-French version of a Nona chasing me down the street with a rolling pin, demanding I give them back, it's just they look amazing, simple and delicious! A lot of my friends, including me, would love to try them! I remember the casserole you made the first time I asked, my mouth would not stop watering every time I think about it!

Diego, one day, if you ever find some time, could you consider doing a cooking video? Take the times you have cooked, add your voice to say what you are doing, especially tell us what spices you are using? Two-pan meals for people who are nervous about cooking would be a help to them! I remember when Joana cooked some good stuff too - please include her dishes? And as always - brilliant work on the house!
