Unbelievable. First you improve "Stronger Than You", then you improve one of the most popular tracks from X1. This is much more befitting the foreboding/somber tone of the stage than the original composition.
X was and still is a legendary robot! This music suits his increased power boost to defeat Vile and other foes. Zero was his mentor and greatest ally. The fight with Sigma was phenomenal. Dr Light was a genius!!

I remember reading that if you do not get the arm part from a Dr. Light capsule, you'll get an arm part from Zero in Sigma Stage 1 in Original X. In the remake titled X: Maverick Hunters, Zero is in Sigma Stage 3, and I think it's the same result for the arm parts. I read most players prefer the one Zero gives you. Dr. Light capsule with the arm part was hidden. Is there a difference between them or is one just more powerful than the other one?

I'm doing the whole soundtrack--sorry I did and obligatory track. And no, it's really not. MM2 Wily 1 is overrated. Blaze Heatnix is overrated. X vs Zero is (slightly) overrated. Hell Sigma is overrated. Gate's Lab is overrated. Variable X is (a tad) overrated. Storm Eagle is overrated. True Sigma is overrated. Lumine 2 is overrated. Zero's X3 theme is overrated. I can keep going, but you get the idea. There's a slew of Megaman songs that are overrated to one degree or another. This one, not as much as those. The highest "level" of overrated I can give this one is "there's just a shitload of covers and arranges and remixes of it," which doesn't really contribute to it being over or underrated all that much.
I don't really hear much about this one, myself. Everybody goes apeshit over Wily 1 from MM2 though, even outside of the... remix community, I guess we could call it.
