Many years ago, I went to Yung Kee Restaurant 鏞記酒家 at Wellington Street - Central, Hong Kong to eat roast goose. The skins tasted like Peking/Beijing duck. There was an appetiser : century egg or preserved egg (皮蛋). Very soft that melted in the mouth.
Eros, I ate at the same restaurant after flying in from Australia at the recommendation of my client. Yes, the roast duck is very nice and I ordered half a duck and some rice. Not sure if it is worth it as I have to pay for luggage storage at the Changi Airport. But anyway at least can claim having eaten at a one Michelin star restaurant.

燒鵝係真空包裝嘅。 我係喺 鏞記嘅香港機場分店買嘅。新加坡當局似乎唔允許把燒鵝帶回新加坡。
