    I'm in 2 month pregnancy. I told my gnycologist I cannot eat a minimum because of huge appetite lost and nausea . He hurted my feelings by saying it wouldn't be bad if I don't eat anything because I'm already too fat. I'm 1.75 and weight 87 kg. And cintinued offending me. I'm almost 3 month lost weight and feel very weak and sick now . I reached out for you to find help. I'm shocked that this German doctor gas no understanding of nutrition a baby from inside of mothers body.

      Don’t feel bad liloua, every doctor has it’s own way of practising . You can focus more on salads , water containing fruits like water melon , musk melon , oranges, grapes, grapefruit, tender coconut water. Also if you eat whole wheat bread then replace it with multigrain roti or red rice , more of pulses - dals . Stay active throughout day . Keep regular walks

    Beautiful video . Though I liked the video but I don’t think brinjal is a good choice or option for a pregnant lady.

      Thanks Saurabh . Every fruit and vegetable in moderation is good in pregnancy. Brinjal contains lot of antioxidants, B group vitamins , essential minerals as well as electrolytes .

      Hello Arjun , yes she can take 1 tsp of chavanprash empty stomach in the morning. Not indicated if she has gestational diabetes , hypothyroidism, obesity .

    Can I take poppi seeds,amla powder,mulethi powder,orange peal powder, kesar,soaf, elichi during pragnency. I used to take it early morning before pragnency. Also can I take ashwagandha, shatawar , flax seeds,pumkin seeds during pragnency. Can I take it during pragnency???

    Hello Doctor, I am diagonsed with gestational diabetes. It is 230 aftr one hour test. Can you please suggest diet accordingly? Especially regarding fruits as I am also suffering with less haemoglobin.

      Hello tony , you can cut down white sugar completely, limit simple carbohydrates like breads or wheat rotis . You can focus on proteins like dals , milk products , multi grain breads or rotis . In fruits avoid banana, mango , grapes , custard apple , sapota

    But Milk should not be added with food bcos it will leads to indigestion... it will be drink seperately not with food or fruits... only milk not other milk products...

      Hello lakshmi, we are adding milk in the preparation process itself while cooking porridge’s or kheer’s . Here we boil the milk with other ingredients and ghee so it doesn’t lead to indigestion

      @@Truptwellness Actually im from tamilnadu we are following idly dosa pongal umpa as our breakfast if milk is added to these kind of cooked food lead to indigestion also rice, poori, greens not set with milk... Thats why i am telling like that.. If it is correct combination means thats not brings indigestion... Actually im confused when you telling like milk added to breakfast.. some ppls like me may get confused so im requesting you to deliver those things clearly... other than this you r give us a good guidance for health benefits...       Hello seema , don’t worry. Nausea and fatigue is common and due to hormonal changes in early pregnancy. Take steam inhalation and lick honey with ginger paste early morning. Use a cup of golden milk at evening time

    sprouts are not recommended in ayurveda........ideal time for first meal in the morning is 1 prahar after sunrise (2.5 hrs after sunrise) dat is around 9.30 to 10.am as per ayurveda .......in ur second meal chart dat is around 8 to 9 am.....ur are suggesting milk products......as per ayurveda 6 to 10 am is kapha time......how come milk products come into picture here......most of the suggestions are against ayurveda principles......Dear mam pls look into it.

Also this a chart which give generalised idea about how one can divide their meals in the whole day and what all wholesome foods can be added.
