Shame the channel isn’t get a lot of traction because I’ve found you guys recently and I’m loving hear your takes.
Happy with the recognition for Franz Ferdinand.
Not sure if Interpol could come under indie rock but if they do then turn on the bright lights needs to be on the list somewhere.
Where the hell are Oasis and What’s The Story? They definitely come under indie rock imo.

Steve Albini, the producer of Surfer Rosa passed away just last week. An absolute legend who has made many great albums, I’m sure you know Nirvana - In Utero.
If you enjoyed Surfer Rosa I urge you to listen also to PJ Harvey - Rid Of Me and The Breeders - Pod. The Breeders singer is the Pixies bass player on Surfer Rosa who sings ‘Gigantic’, so if you enjoyed that song you’ll love the Breeders.

Also if you haven’t you also need to listen to Pixies second album ‘Doolittle’ many people would argue this is their best album above Surfer Rosa.
