Just bought this item. Thanks so much for the review, it really helped. I sing low harmony in my band and I'm sure I'll be able to hear myself much better now. Much appreciated!
Great job man! i just bought 3 for my band. your review really helped me in making my desicion. hope shure endorses you.
@almaximus03 Cheers thanks for watching
how do you plug that in to your mixer so you can hear the whole thing?
Great review! Thank you!
Is the trasmitter rack mountable? Looks like a half rack unit.
can i ask something? what do you hear from those headphones? your voice? the music? both? I'm looking forward buying it....but i have some questions... Does it match with shure pg58 wireless mic?? because i have it already... thanx in advance...
I’m using a IEM rack with an Behringer XR18. All members have PSM300 and connect it at the rear to the XR18.
I am confused with the PSM200 regarding the input at the front.. Instruments and vocals are connected to the rack’s splitters, not the in-ear systems..
Question : Can the PSM200 be used without plugin instruments at the front?
Can the unit be used as a DI box? Plug electric into the input and then the output to the desk for FOH?
@starilius You hear what you mix into the unit to hear. If you just have a vocal line going in that's all you'll hear. If you have a band mix going in you'll hear that too. Just remember if you use it just for vocals, it will make all other band noise quieter, it's like wearing ear plugs for hearing protection, except you can turn up your "in ear mix" how you like it. :)
does each band person have to have this unit or can each one buy a wireless recevier and earbuds and then we all just run from this.
@guitar62751 good for saving the ears but the short set up time still puts me off using them, I should use them more that's for sure.
Yeah brou i think it will be good
@valkyrieofperdition The in ear system is a different unit to a Wireless Microphone System but the principle electronics is the same. Wireless signal point to point. The Wireless mics don't have monitor capability, so you'd need to connect the box of this unit to the receiver of the mic set up to send it to your ear. I hope this made sense :)
@intheblues I see...thank you very much for your help :-) do you know though if it matches with shure PG58 wireless microphone?? Because, I already have it.
If I am wanting to run back tracks from a Mac computer (live on stage) all I need is 2 channels (1) for back tracks and (1) for bass/synth, will the PS200 be ideal for that?
I play drums
@alezeio you can use up to 4 I think
@dodgeflyer Cheers :)
Anyone else have issues with the limiter on these? Even when sending my voice direct into the transmitter it’s clipping and when that happens the whole volume drops...... so off putting!
You know if there is a devide that can send my instrument audio wireless but also monitoring? it would be nice to have both things in one device, instead of using two devices
Jazz 3!
i had a question i have da same exact ear monitor n im a drummer n i wasted to ask how would i connect it to da mixer so i can here da whole band playing .. n we have a mackie pro fx22.. thanks..
Anyone interested in buying one of these systems?
Im selling mine.
Only used it around ten times
Its in perfect condition.
would I be able to plug this into my bass rig and hear my bass through the in-ears?
You could do your guitar into the transmitter but you might not be crazy about the DI sound. depending on the amp you may have an our that would work, I guess the risk you run is putting the pre between you and the house board. I personally don't use the direct in when I play guitar. I just use a send from the board.
A friend of mine plugs his vocal mic into one input. He then plugs an ambient mic into the second input so that he can hear the band. You have to experiment to find the best place to put the ambient mic. I would tend to put it over on the hi-had side to get more snare and bass. My guitar player is really loud so my mic will pick up plenty of guitar even when I'm singing
Is there a lot of output from this in ear system? I've got an ld systems set but find that I don't get enough volume in monitors and I use shure se 215.
Hey shane, Im just wondering how will I hear the drummer? Because we can mic up guitars and bass and vocals, but we don't mic up drums?
Cheers,

Could I ask something? I want to buy this whole unit but i really wish to know if is possible to use 2 or more P2R Hybrid Bodypack Receiver Having 1 (ONE) unit P2T Wireless TransMixer, I´m a drummer and i would like to mix a metronome + music for my concerts and also would like to share the mix with other musicians on stage, thank you very much for you time.
You can buy separate receivers and run off of one transmitter. You'll only get one mix, but it will do they job...
I'm new to all this. I'm a drummer and the main thing I need to hear more of is the lead vocals and my vocals. Is this ideal for this? I'm looking for my first IEM's and don't really get how it all gets set up.
dude, some way you are really funny :D liked the review ;) especially the DC / AC connector part :D
@sethcenterbar €400 for the transmitter, receiver and head phones.
Una consulta...! Se pueden poner 2 in ear en la misma psm 200 con diferentes mezclas? o saldrá la misma mezcla de la entrada 1 en la del 2? Agradezco su comentario!
how many receivers can u use with a single transmitter?
So I can run this iem system to my interface?
Thank you for this video, this tells me exactly what I want to buy
Do you all musicians want these?
how many receivers can i connect to the transmitter?
Thank you for posting this.. Very Helpful!
