This videos are amazing :) After years of wrokig on call centers I decided to take the skills I have learn and start the journey to become a VA, this videos had help me to gather the courage and confidence I need it, Thank you :)
These are such great tips! All these quality's and skills are hard to find now days and one of the reasons I decided I didn't want to be in the management field anymore. I was constantly filling in for those employees who were lacking and it was hard to find employees to hire. Thank you!
Great tips Lauren. I have applied all of these at my job before and was very frustrating dealing with people who lacked some of these skills. Again you doing great job Lauren, am so happy I find you. #FreeMama
How do you interface with clients, for example if you're ordering things for them, or booking their appointments, they need to give you their personal data/passwords, is that the biggest stumbling block, building trust?
I think motivation matters. If giving someone a gift feels like sucking up, maybe ask yourself what your intention is. Is it because you want to be a good human and show gratitude? Or because you expect something in return?

How do you interface with clients, for example if you're ordering things for them, or booking their appointments, they need to give you their personal data/passwords, is that the biggest stumbling block, building trust?
There are tools to help you do this like LastPass - that way they never have to actually GIVE you the password! Check it out!

Sucking up to anyone, even my boss, has always been my weakness. Starbucks gift cards, thank you notes, ewwww.
