Brahms does have his own separate Ballades ( op 10 ), and Rhapsodies ( op 79 ), and Op 119 No 4 , too! There are Fantasies, too. Seems like Romantic composers shared a lot of similar names and ideas ( character pieces etc )
Can you point out the measures in question? This was recorded at my student recital so I might not remember the details but I am very curious about your comment now! Have you played this piece? Thank you for your feedback! We should all learn from each other.
The middle section is so sweetly played aww🥰
Bravoo un toucher maravilloso
Прекрасно❤
Very beautiful performance
Thank you for your kind words!
Seems one of the Brahm's more popular pieces! Now need to record the op 119!
Wonderful interpretation. Outstanding tempo, perfect ! And the middle part is so touching.
❤
I thought forna second that Brahms was playing Chopins's G minor Ballade.. 😅
🤣😂😆
I'd sell my soul to the devil to listen to that

Phrase markings were ignored, with staccato articulations in inappropriate places. My opinion. Others make like this unusual interpretation.
