We have just purchased one today. Reheated some chilli con carne, after 3rd go I managed to get it as hot as I would like, I think I'd better read the instruction booklet. I'm sure 1 minute 30 seconds should have been enough. I pressed the microwave symbol, the time 99.99 or something flashed up then I stood over the microwave counting backwards for another minute, food was very hot. This is what happens when one cannot be bothered to read instructions lol!
Hi, please could you do me a favour and tell me the depth of the vent at the back? We need a new one but my mum's hesitating over this bit. Please say it's not that deep i need to melt my cheese 😅

Hi the rear vent sticks out 70mm or almost 3 inches if that helps.

I just recently bought one and am wondering if I need to remove the white plastic that holds the heating element? It seems not easy to be removed

Hi Dan, Have you used the auto cook function ? does the display light flash randomly when adding the weight ? Thanks for any help
Hi there, I haven't used that function before so I can't say I'm afraid. I wouldn't personally trust an auto cook function.
