Treatment with bleach will kill vitamins and other nutrients as they are sensitive to oxidation. This is true for all other vegetables as well where such automation is used. Great to see the labor force productively employed and following good hygienic practices. I wish the lifting of the large bags for weighing be done with assistance from another individual since the bags appear to be heavy.

Same should hav done with ONION also... The only essential commodity thats available for 10 Rs and also for 100 Rs in a year compulsorily is Onion......so onion can be procured and frozen when available at a cheaper price....
The machine small is effective due to low temperature of minus 45 degree C accompanied by high velocity of Air due to which the heat transfer is quick and product gets frozen within minutes
