Also I wanted to ask you a favor, in the Zeniaraibenzaiten shrine in the okunomiya part there is a wooden statue of a snake in a circular position and with the head of an animal with ears, I was wondering what that means and represents. Thank you for your questions. Zenarai Benzaiten is the same deity as Benzaiten.Benzaiten is enshrined there. The snake in Oku-no-miya is Ugajin, like the one explained in the video.

The norse associate snakes with Jormungand, a giant snake said to fight Thor during ragnarok. The Mayans belieived in Quetzalcoatl, a Mayan god that looks like a giant feathered snake. Hinduism has Shesha, a giant snake with many heads
