With this Tomtoc one with the upgraded 'W', is there actual foam padding on the bottom of the bag? Like you say, what if I put it down on concrete - while the hard insert is great it's not cushioning. Is there foam on the bottom of the case? Thanks!

Hey, sorry for late reply. I would say it's pretty well protected on the bottom and I wouldn't be scared to put it down on concrete.

have you tried if the ROG Ally fits the g42 too?
It's not a good fit to squeeze the Ally into the G42 Switch bag unfortunately. The G47 is better for that
