We had this played as an instrumental while my wife walked down the aisle.
Been one of our favourite songs for years. Always think of that moment whenever i hear this song.
My wife has For A Thousand Years and I have For A Thousand More inscribed on our wedding rings. We texted pics to her and she said she was "honored to be part of your story." Then, when we met her at a signing last year and mentioned the rings, she said, "You guys are too cute."
This was my wedding song. This song always brings good memories.

Another fantastic wedding song is Jenn Grinels "Right From The Start". I got to see her play with Rebecca Loebe and Raina Rose at a backyard shindig many moons ago. GREAT music from nearly unknown artists.
The guitarist is Johnny Hanson and, as far as I know, they were never a couple. She has said "We're in a musicial relationship." But they are great buds, along with her frequent pianist, Emily Grace (now Emily Frost). They're a tight trio. The pianist here is David Hodges, who co-wrote the song with Christina.
As for an accent, she grew up in the suburbs of Philly, but her dad is an Italian immigrant and has a very thick Italian accent.

I love the rough edges. I know Lucy Thomas covered the song and I know Lucy sings to perfection, but like I said before, sometimes perfection isn’t always better. They used this song at the end of the Twilight serious.
