I wrote up a short fic about Rufus Shinra's life listening to this on repeat. Not only it's one of my best fics, but it made me realize: Rufus is a BOSS. He's been beaten down countless times, and yet he's still got the influence and money to do whatever he wants, anytime he wants. That guy never left the top, only moved to the backstage while exploiting everyone else.
In an abandoned Shinra building. One of Hojo's psychotic experiments is lurking in the darkness. At 0:36 you see the feral creature in the corner of your eye. And at 0:38 it strikes. That's what this song made me feel when I first heard it.
I prefer Final Fantasy VI way more than this one, but. This and various more themes, are just. Magnificence, like. Nobuo Uematsu never lowered the standards! A great track, with. This fantastic rendition/ReMix

Ever heard of the Shin-RA 26 rocket? 26 is the number of GOD. (7+15+4=26) Gotta launch GOD into space. Christ ascends into heaven. Christ is called the Amen. May 26 was an Egyptian Holiday called the receiving of Amen Ra, therefore the game shows us the Shin-RA rocket 26.
