The policing system in the UK is a joke. They only care about fines because the income goes to the state and the police force. Try getting them to investigate a rape, or an assualt, or domestic abuse and they don't want to know. I, my family and others I know have all had multiple cases of going to the police for things like this, and they were uncaring and useless every single time. Literally nothing would be different if we had not called them. It's hard to work out exactly why we even have a police force as they don't actually do anything except clear out homeless people and issue fines for minor bullshit.

I just looked into the court order he was issued with. Interestingly enough one of the conditions beside not trespassing on private property again is that he cannot directly or indirectly post ANYTHING to social media if it features anyone that has not given their consent. So any TikTok that features ANYONE in public is a violation of the order and gives the court permission to re-arrest and sentence based on the level of the violation. So yeah good to know that he can now not post pranks anymore without immediately being taken into custody again.

It's a lot more common of a problem now. From what I've seen trying to figure out the main issue, the only reason why these ppl get enough attention to keep doing it or feel emboldened is cuz many parents just let their kids have unfettered access to technology and the internet cuz it's easier than doing their job and keeping an eye on them. It's pretty much nothing but kids/teens that don't really know better that watch this crap, no mature adult sees that stuff and goes "sick prank bro". I have 10yr old cousins that are on tiktok all day every day and have begun to have behavioral and attention issues. One of them ended up in the hospital after one of their friends tried to do one of these prank trends and caused their arm to get broken. I did dumb/dangerous things as a kid too but it's a much bigger problem than it used to be and social media is almost the sole cause.

I just looked into the court order he was issued with. Interestingly enough one of the conditions beside not trespassing on private property again is that he cannot directly or indirectly post ANYTHING to social media if it features anyone that has not given their consent. So any TikTok that features ANYONE in public is a violation of the order and gives the court permission to re-arrest and sentence based on the level of the violation.
So yeah good to know that he can now not post pranks anymore without immediately being taken into custody again.
