We don't have a pond at my R/C field , yet, but I fly my float planes off the Grass or the GeoTex runway. Just put a few strips of packing tape on the keels and away i go. Great Video . A friend of mine is getting his Light Sport Pilots license in the Full size Airplane and he loves it.
Rich. This Arrows plane kinda grows on you. Lot a power on 3s. I need to make a trip to SEFF. Really Nice lake to float fly on. Your camera man did a great job. 👍👍😊

Great video!! Actually the Tecnam does have reverse. Their is a supplimental page in the manual that tells you how to set it up. Mind I have one and haven't figured out how to use it yet as I haven't flown it on floats.

At the moment I don't remember and I don't have my radio in hand to tell you:(
It's not critical the airplane will take off and land fine without any flaps at all
Nice flight ! Real smooth .💪 quick question I have a plane design for a 4s 2200 battery and it's 60amp esc and the motor is 3536 kv1750. but I wanted to use 3s 2200 battery would it still fly ? Would the plane be damage ? will it fly but just not as fast and the battery will die fast ? Need help !
@ Ojeez...did you get an answer to your question yet?...I am new and was wondering the same......I can tell you the CG most likely will need re-adjusting before you fly, due to weight ...as far as the motor or ESC being damaged, I don't know for sure but would bet that the 3S LiPo battery would run down super fast and not give you enough power to fly it, even slowly...let me know if you can find the answer....take care....

We love this review of this plane..BUT ITS NOT A RTF FOR US BEGINNERS THAT LIKE THIS SIZE AIRCRAFT TO COME WITH EVERY THING NEEDED TO FLY..SO THAT WE CAN COME INTO THIS HOBBY...BUT YOU GUYS KEEP FORGETTING ABOUT THE BEGINNERS OUT HERE..IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU GUYS WOULD MAKE TWO VERSIONS OF YOUR NEW PLANES..THE RTF VERSIONS AS WELL AS YOUR OTHER VERSIONS LIKE

Will it run on 4’s?
Actually it does. I fly mine on 4s regularly. Just don't go over 70% throttle. Fly's like a dream with plenty of mid range throttle. I place a vibration feed back on my throttle at 50 percent just to keep in the zone.
