The Princess and the Pendant

This charming story tells the tale of a young girl who ignores the wishes of her father and ventures out of Butterfly Land. Where will this lead her and how will it end? The inspiration for this silhouette animation came from the work of 1920s filmmaker Lotte Reiniger. Winner at the First Light Movies Awards for Best Film by Under 12's, screened on the children's channel on Virgin Atlantic flights around the world and featured on the DVD extras of the commercial release of Azur and Asmar directed by Michel Ocelot.
