Childhood flashbacks, I remember playing this with my oldest sister. I actually enjoyed it tbh and I'm not big on online games. But oh man congrats on tens years dude! That's a big milestone!
theres 300+ hours of free content all the way to Helm's deep (for a completionnist run) before you even have to think about dropping a penny....unless you drop the penny earlier to unlock some conveniences (double speed craft, swift travels, 5 bags inventory instead of 3, stuff like that)
Dude it’s so cool, worth it even if you just want to explore. Little details like being able to find the slain Balrog on a mountainside in the misty mountains is sweet
I got everything for free until gundabad expansion with some event (sometimes they give away free code that unlocks all the expansions except the newest one)
I've seen some people try UA-cam for a few years then quit. It takes dedication to keep doing it. Even some of us started back when there was no money involved. As long as you have fun, it can be a rewarding platform. 🙂
First complement to the game “wow this musics actually good”… lotro has done a fantastic job at giving every area distinct combat and landscape music, just the music of Rivendell and the lone-lands gives intense nostalgia
Hey, Kev, gotta say you've actively helped my mental state by being you for the last 2 years of my life. I love your content and your way of doing things. Your voice is amazing for this style of humor, and I love it
Amazing game by the way, in the shire you can turn yourself into a chicken, and that makes you 1hp but real fast - and if you know the route (you gotta avoid certain stealthed mobs) and have unlocked moria you can walk crazy far, as a humble chicken a lot of clans used to race like that, shire to moria or rivendell, back in the day you can also play the instruments manually using the number keys 1-8
Found you through your ESO stuff ages ago, those insane builds. And seeing a new Kevduit video never fails to raise a smile. LOTRO was a game I loved for a good couple of years, and it was a nice nostalgia hit, especially when it's you and the gang having a jaunt around middle earth. Congratulations on 10 years of unique and amazing content.
First time watcher here and I have to say, that intro about your UA-cam journey was so down to earth and self reflective it kind of blew me away. So refreshing and I will be sticking around
Been under the weather the past week, binging your vids keeping me sane. More than earned a subscribe. I do protest that you gather some friends and complete this Mordor journey.
As a side note: you actually can't walk to Mordor at that point. The road you took requires you to pass through Lothlorien, which you can't enter without having some reputation with them (you will be shot by hidden guards). The other way around, through Dunland, over the Isen, and then towards Minas Tirith locks you at the siege of Minas Tirith until you have played that, after which it will allow you to switch to the time when Aragorn marches against the Black Gates. Those, again, will only be blasted open after another set of quests though you could try to enter Mordor thorugh the Morgul Vale. Either way: good luck not getting oneshot on the road.
Kudos on 10 years online mate, I only recently started watching your work but its been a real pleasure seeing you dive (pun intended) into these MMO's XD. Also no word of a lie, my wife & I are now seriously considering playing this game based on the video, so cheers for that!
Just so you know the low player number count is only on steam. Most people play this game through their client. Believe it or not there is still a rich playerbase after about 17 years. I grew up on this game.
Sup dude, just been recently watching your content and it is so smooth, almost like an offline edited stream, your goofy jokes and direct research on the video subjects are awesome This game despite the fact it's been around since 2007, was one of the best MMORPG until THIS age, I could't get the free package they were giving around 2 years and but yeah without a good computer (which was a beast but I started at the bottom on 2011 with a basic setup) seeing the same game I played with 15 and 13 years it was probably the best years of my life, even though a lot of the gameplay has microtransactions it doesn't stop from being super solid with the classes and races from LOTR, congrats on 10 years in the plataform, continue being your genuine self and make our enjoyment daily as you always does dude 💌
You're the only UA-camr I subscribed to during ESO whose content I still watch. You've truly managed to transcend the game and just become a variety content creator. Even so, you'll always be the Valkyn Skoria set to me.

I only recently discovered your channel about a month ago, I really enjoy you're "PyschoPath" playthroughs. You make amazing stories by doing the absolute worse things, I love the narration as you do them. They must be a shit ton of work too. Keep it up man.
The glowing hands is the offensive stance for minstrels. They're mostly used for flat out healing and support , but they can be DPS as well. You can literally do dungeons with your minstrel posse. Also, minstrels can use different instruments. They use three stances: glowing hands is offensive stance, healing stance where you heal more, and support stance where you get even bonuses for healing and damage. It's mostly to buff in groups.
I'm not even two minutes in to this video and you've brought tears to my eyes, you're amazing and I love your videos! I hope you don't forget all us little people who have been here maybe not since the beginning but long enough to watch you grow.

Hey new subscriber but I'm pretty sure I've binged almost all your videos at this point. Felt the need to comment on this video to say thank you man, your videos have been a real highlight in a not great time in my life. Even tho life's been sucky your videos always bring a smile to my face. Keep up the good work dude.
You're truly one of the highlights of my daily trip down the UA-cam rabbit hole. Most channels on here are shallow, condescending towards their viewers or pushing some sort of product from a sponsor as the best thing ever and if you don't purchase it, you're a loser with no friends and shouldn't be allowed to watch any content unless you pay up. You genuinely seem to enjoy bringing laughter and happiness into your videos and can always make me laugh out loud even when I'm at one of the lowest points in my life. I know it's not easy coming up with something that you think your viewers will enjoy and the ridiculous UA-cam algorithm is a constant battle for content creators. I know how much hard work it takes to just put out a single video and you have no idea if all of your hard work is even going to be seen because every video uploaded is subject to being demonetized or completely hidden from your own subscribers by UA-cam. It's easy for us as viewers to critique, criticize, insult and mock content creators because we have nothing riding on the success/popularity of the content that you work so hard on, and we can do it from the safety barrier of our phone screens without the fear of any consequences from our words. Congratulations on 10 years of success in the insanely competitive world of UA-cam. You run one of the most entertaining and hilarious channels I've had the pleasure of enjoying and I look forward to seeing how great your channel will continue to be in the future.
YOU! My favorite YT game content creator. So funny and, best of all, CLEAN! VERY few do this. I can watch it with my kids. Bless you and your team for being different.
My main is a hobbit Meanstrel, been playing him for 15 years. Mini's are so OP, they are the DPS gods of the game. The game was pretty huge in the beginning, supporting 20+ well populated servers. It's still fun, but you have to take your time and explore it all to enjoy it.
I loved this video! This is my favorit game of all time. :) The graphics and combat might not look as good any more, but I love this game way beyond any other. :D
Dude honestly the fact you dont have 101010 mil subs yet but keep a small number shows that you stayed yourself and true to who you are. You are doing exactly what you love and the people who appreciate it stay. I just discovered your channel and I love your content. You are not a sellout, don't force yourself to ride every trend wave, but you do what you love, and we love you for that!
ahhh this made me nostalgic. I have a lifetime founders account for this game. Me and my dad alpha and beta tested this game, being the insane lord of the rings fans we are, we knew the lifetime sub was going to be worth it. I gotta say just from the monthly sub it has been well worth the i think $350.00 we paid not to mention the allowance you receive of turbine points, the expansions are literally paid for by themselves. I hope this game never dies off, even though i dont get to visit as often as i would like. The players left are a strong and tight knit community who are always willing to help. Keep the lotro content coming, cause there is limitless fun to be had.

Kev, I’ve been a fan of yours since you started making ESO videos…I am so proud to be a support of this channel. You deserve all your success and more. Keep it up!!
I used to play this game, and have played it for many years. There's this challenge you can do, where in Hobbiton you have a quest that turns you into a chicken and you try to get to mordor as a chicken while a single hit can kill you and ruin the transformation. Man this game was a lot of fun.
I remember when this launched. Half my friends like six of them quit wow to play this and acted like the ones who stuck with WoW were dumb. we were all IRL friends too so we would see each other everyday at school and talk shit.
Definitely the best time to try out this game with its new found popularity. For how massive the worlds are. The community makes the game feels super active
This game doesnt need a huge player base. This game is perfect for one purpose. Being able to explore the world of middle earth on a one-to-one scale. The lore and landscape is incredibly accurate. When I first played, I had never read the books, and I still fell in love with it. However, once I finally read the books, it was pretty surreal to be able to visit a lot of the landscapes that you read about, in the exact same spot, and look exactly as described.
please Blizzard fanboys wouldnt have tried it regardless of what you said about it. You could call it the greatest MMO in planet earth and they would have denounced it with righteous fervor. all while claiming WoW beats it on all fronts, even of those claims were false.
I love... Lord of the rings Online I played it like a mad person back in the day and lowkey still want to get back to it. I am glad that despite it's age that it has somehow managed to survive for all this time
might wanna put it back on the pc since the free content goes all the way to helm's deep now which means content level 95.......and they'll release a new player starting experience (1 to 32) as a mini-expansion before christmas
I've been here for years. Since Kev's ESO Builds and shenanigans. I love that Kevduit has moved on to other things, but his avatar still wears his Valkyn Skoria helmet.

Followed you since I first encountered you in ESO many years ago. You've always been one of my favorite UA-camrs! Congrats on the 10 years, time has flown by
The story at the start to your video really made me respect you because 5 years 300 subs and you stuck it out man you earned your UA-cam page, you worked hard af to get there and it didn’t happen over night, that’s a real hard worker right there
So glad I found your channel back when 76 came out, fell in love with your content since. It's great to see you try different things (looking back to your elder scrolls online guides, compared to the 76 builds). Here's to another 10 years Kev!
It’s a little late but finding your channel has brought me happiness and it’s all worth it and all anyone could ask for as a viewer we truly appreciate and thank you. Honestly inspiring, believing I maybe wanna try creating my own content again, I used to be a streamer on a app called live me had almost got verified and was contacted, but I knew the app wasn’t the place to grow and its pay out isn’t exactly worth it so I slowly fell off the app.. but I am figuring of trying again and wanted to thank you along the many others for inspiring me.
I found you through the Sekiro video you made ages ago and have fell in love with your content you've made ever since. From your epic voice, to your comedy, and the way your videos are laid out, every video feels unique and fun to watch. Thanks for posting so much recently as well, it's clear that you've gone the extra mile to pump out content and it shows. You're truly talented and I can't wait to see you hit 1 million one day ♥
Congrats on 10 years! Glad I found you when you were making ESO guides, they really helped me out back then. You're journey actually made me a little emotional because a lot of people try the same thing as soon as they start playing. I remember 15 years ago when the game was in open beta, level 15 was the highest you could go but I still took the treacherous road to Rivendell and saw a LOT of other people making the trip too. It's not often I can say I had an actual "adventure" in a video game, but that certainly was one.
That “feature presentation” clip unlocked some hidden childhood memories that I wasn’t ready to address. Hooray for trauma. Good stuff, broseph. Happy tenth.
I played this back in like 2014 and basically just made it rich playing songs in Bree for tips. The music system in this game is crazy. I still have a folder full of abc notation songs on my pc somewhere

Childhood flashbacks, I remember playing this with my oldest sister. I actually enjoyed it tbh and I'm not big on online games. But oh man congrats on tens years dude! That's a big milestone!
LOTRO might have one of the largest maps of all gaming history. I love this game and the nostalgia that comes with it
Honestly this game looks solid as hell, just being able to explore a large scale middle earth seems worth it to me
theres 300+ hours of free content all the way to Helm's deep (for a completionnist run) before you even have to think about dropping a penny....unless you drop the penny earlier to unlock some conveniences (double speed craft, swift travels, 5 bags inventory instead of 3, stuff like that)
Dude it’s so cool, worth it even if you just want to explore. Little details like being able to find the slain Balrog on a mountainside in the misty mountains is sweet
@@kokocaptainqc you can grind and unlock every zone for free
@@dylan__dog indeed
I got everything for free until gundabad expansion with some event (sometimes they give away free code that unlocks all the expansions except the newest one)
This was great! I legit played this game for a little while and never saw Elrond, especially not Minas Tirith. Well played!
the intro is enough to make a grown man cry
Bro that 10 year speech made me tear up 😭😭 icl you one of my fav UA-camrs but idk your twitch scedule
It was honestly delightful imagining a family of hobbits just going on a nice vacation to Minas Tirith
I've seen some people try UA-cam for a few years then quit. It takes dedication to keep doing it. Even some of us started back when there was no money involved. As long as you have fun, it can be a rewarding platform. 🙂
I find comfort in knowing every now and again I get blessed with the comedy of a Kevduit video. Thank you for your work, keep going.
Thank you too for everything! I wish you all the best for the rest of your journey.
we need a part 2
First complement to the game “wow this musics actually good”… lotro has done a fantastic job at giving every area distinct combat and landscape music, just the music of Rivendell and the lone-lands gives intense nostalgia
Hey, Kev, gotta say you've actively helped my mental state by being you for the last 2 years of my life. I love your content and your way of doing things. Your voice is amazing for this style of humor, and I love it
Amazing game
by the way, in the shire you can turn yourself into a chicken, and that makes you 1hp but real fast - and if you know the route (you gotta avoid certain stealthed mobs) and have unlocked moria you can walk crazy far, as a humble chicken
a lot of clans used to race like that, shire to moria or rivendell, back in the day
you can also play the instruments manually using the number keys 1-8
Found you through your ESO stuff ages ago, those insane builds. And seeing a new Kevduit video never fails to raise a smile. LOTRO was a game I loved for a good couple of years, and it was a nice nostalgia hit, especially when it's you and the gang having a jaunt around middle earth.
Congratulations on 10 years of unique and amazing content.
First time watcher here and I have to say, that intro about your UA-cam journey was so down to earth and self reflective it kind of blew me away. So refreshing and I will be sticking around
Happy 10 years Kev!! Your particular brand of humour and degeneracy is much needed and loved. Keep it coming buddy.
Been under the weather the past week, binging your vids keeping me sane. More than earned a subscribe. I do protest that you gather some friends and complete this Mordor journey.
Never played this, but the open world actually looks pretty cool
LOTRO is the one game I return to every few years and it just feels like home.
@@Halbam They removed the aggressive guards in Lothlorien some years ago, just to note.
@@mornarmo5833 Oh, they did? Cool, that was a good change.
Kudos on 10 years online mate, I only recently started watching your work but its been a real pleasure seeing you dive (pun intended) into these MMO's XD. Also no word of a lie, my wife & I are now seriously considering playing this game based on the video, so cheers for that!
Hey thank you so much! You absolutely should, it's a great time
Just so you know the low player number count is only on steam. Most people play this game through their client. Believe it or not there is still a rich playerbase after about 17 years. I grew up on this game.
Sup dude, just been recently watching your content and it is so smooth, almost like an offline edited stream, your goofy jokes and direct research on the video subjects are awesome
This game despite the fact it's been around since 2007, was one of the best MMORPG until THIS age, I could't get the free package they were giving around 2 years and but yeah without a good computer (which was a beast but I started at the bottom on 2011 with a basic setup) seeing the same game I played with 15 and 13 years it was probably the best years of my life, even though a lot of the gameplay has microtransactions it doesn't stop from being super solid with the classes and races from LOTR, congrats on 10 years in the plataform, continue being your genuine self and make our enjoyment daily as you always does dude 💌
You're the only UA-camr I subscribed to during ESO whose content I still watch. You've truly managed to transcend the game and just become a variety content creator. Even so, you'll always be the Valkyn Skoria set to me.
I kept the valkyn skoria helmet look to always remember the beginning of it all. I appreciate you being around here for the long run!
That intro, man I almost teared up haha! I absolutely love your content, I always look forward to your videos and it's been awesome! I've only been here for the last year or two, but I am thankful for your work on this, appreciate all your content!
Started watching you a few years ago during ESO, i think you had under 100k still. Youve been consistently giving us hilarious and top tier content for years, your success is so deserved. Thank you Kevduit
I only recently discovered your channel about a month ago, I really enjoy you're "PyschoPath" playthroughs. You make amazing stories by doing the absolute worse things, I love the narration as you do them. They must be a shit ton of work too. Keep it up man.
Thank you Spongeman! I'm working on my next BIG psycho series, a 3 part for the Dragon Age franchise... it gets pretty out of control, haha
You folks are the reason I had an opportunity to try, I could never forget
Kevduit you are hands down one of the best UA-camrs on the platform. Your content is amazing and I think it’s funny how I found your channel through your play through of golem 😭
Thank you so much Kaleb. Keep your head up man, and always look towards those pockets of joy! You got this
I must have more. The bras family must live on and make it to Mordor
with a solid escort its totally possible
Congrats on the 10 years man, it’s inspiring to see you stick with it even though I’ve only been following you for about a year
You're truly one of the highlights of my daily trip down the UA-cam rabbit hole.
How have I never found this channel before. You guys are so unbelievably funny
Great video!! The last real MMO. More people need to play 🙏🏻 so many improvements have been made.
Definitely the most immersive MMO I've ever played
YOU! My favorite YT game content creator. So funny and, best of all, CLEAN! VERY few do this. I can watch it with my kids. Bless you and your team for being different.
I would rather be forced to play LOTRO every day 12 hours a day for the next 10 years than to have to watch one episode of the new LOTR Amazon series.
One of the best games out there, props man
ahhh this made me nostalgic.
Hey Kev, I’ve been watching you just for a few Months now, but ive really consumed you’re Videos these few Months and no matter the Quality of the Games that you play your Style of Playing and your Humor just enhance it so much.
You’re Awesome and keep doing such a great Job
he perfectly embodied the sillyness we almost all had back in 2007 when it launched :P i cant recal how many times we ended a raiding night with 3 hours of Bree roof jumping while just chatting casually about anything
Kev, I’ve been a fan of yours since you started making ESO videos…I am so proud to be a support of this channel. You deserve all your success and more. Keep it up!!
You're such a amazing dude, keep on growing and keep on having fun tormenting your friends dude! Your vids always make me laugh.
I used to play this game, and have played it for many years. There's this challenge you can do, where in Hobbiton you have a quest that turns you into a chicken and you try to get to mordor as a chicken while a single hit can kill you and ruin the transformation. Man this game was a lot of fun.
You're doing great, Kevin.
It's been a joy watching you grow as a creator.
You're also kind of funny!

Day 2 of asking Kevduit to play Battleship
I remember when this launched. Half my friends like six of them quit wow to play this and acted like the ones who stuck with WoW were dumb. we were all IRL friends too so we would see each other everyday at school and talk shit.

And a LOTRO video?
Must be heaven, will we see a LOTRO series?
Did you watch the intro? He literally says none of them have an intention of returning

So much love to this game since 2007
lotro is a fun game
Definitely the best time to try out this game with its new found popularity. For how massive the worlds are. The community makes the game feels super active
Congrats on having 10 years on UA-cam, you deserved it mate.
28:03 i gotta say that in 15 years and multiple jumps down that same cliff i never saw anyone die in a tree ^^
@@kokocaptainqc Woop Woop! Got it back yesterday so super excited! :)
I've been here for years. Since Kev's ESO Builds and shenanigans.
I love that Kevduit has moved on to other things, but his avatar still wears his Valkyn Skoria helmet.
Love this ahaha. I've been playing this game ever since my dad showed it to me over 10 years ago (I'm in college now lmao). Definitely dated, but the community is so wholesome. Thanks for the content :)
You're truly talented and I can't wait to see you hit 1 million one day ♥
I’ve been watching for almost 7 years . And you’re one of the UA-camrs that inspired me to make my own UA-cam . Keep it up we love ya
This is my dad's favorite game with over 1500 hours over many years, I'm gonna show him this video
It's not often I can say I had an actual "adventure" in a video game, but that certainly was one.
it was an unbelievable journey for sure, and one that really felt perilous yet rewarding! I wish I had more time to sink into this game
That “feature presentation” clip unlocked some hidden childhood memories that I wasn’t ready to address. Hooray for trauma. Good stuff, broseph. Happy tenth.
2:13 [appreciating the music from dragon age]
This game's scale is insane. Very impressive.
lets say theres no ennemies then it would have taken them about 5h to make it
The game ain't even bad it's good especially the world building
I played this back in like 2014 and basically just made it rich playing songs in Bree for tips. The music system in this game is crazy. I still have a folder full of abc notation songs on my pc somewhere
