Hey Kendra! I was doing HIIT training & kickboxing at a local gym 6 days a week for about a year and a half. Though I lost 70 pounds, my hormones, cortisol & stress were through the roof. I couldn’t figure out the correlation for the longest time because I was in the best physical shape of my life. I kept telling myself it couldn’t be from the high intensity workouts. Sure enough, 2 months after going to a lower impact workout routine my hormonal acne, cycle change and INTENSE anxiety all subsided. Crazy how our body lets us know what we need. Good for you for listening to your body! 😊
Thank you for sharing about your new workout routine. I feel like as I got older, my body has adjusted so much especially after kids, and our hormones are so different in our 30’s. I cannot so HIIT workouts like Orange Theory anymore as well. I prefer my elliptical, the stair master and then free weights!
Would love a video on the clean products you use! Shampoo/face cleanser/stuff for the kids etc. i am trying to make an effort to switch my products to more clean products!
I love that you shared your thoughts about orange theory and being in tune with your body! I totally agree that putting your body through that too often has negative side effects! I would think maybe once or twice a month would b okay, but way to much for you body to go 3-4 days a week!
Ohhh also I am ❤the muffins I do the egg ones and the cinnamon ones too🎉 they are the best the kids love it too ❤ I can’t believe how big the girls are they are so pretty❤
