Hi Allana, just a little info on SPF - unfortunately, we need to really pile on the SPF creams to get sufficient protection so SPF in a foundation isn't really that useful! It's definitely useful over an SPF moisturiser but we just don't apply enough foundation to reap the benefits of the SPF in it. I think it was a teaspoon amount of SPF cream that we need to apply for full UV protection! I think that much foundation would equal cake face!
Roses it’s actually 1/4 tsp, but definitely WAY more than what most people use. I just had a friend tell me she only needed the end of her pinkie to cover her face, and I was like “it might cover your face, but it won’t protect your face. Two different things.” This is why I always apply a healthy dose of sunscreen, let it absorb for 15 mins, then apply my makeup.
@@Future-zx9ts Hi! Sorry, that's makes more sense - 1/4 of a teaspoon! Yeah, I think it's definitely better to use a lot more of a separate SPF moisturiser and let it sink in. Thanks for the correction!

Yes super important , i've just recently gotten of the SPF cream bandwagon and as an oily , very very sweaty person i've struggled to find a good one . I've used all the brands i could find and currently using the Daylong gel_cream but if you have some suggestions i would greatly appreciate them .
@@maryem291092 I am so glad someone said that! I think it's irresponsible for cosmetic companies to put sunscreen factor on their products because NO ONE puts on that much makeup to make it to that SPF. Have you seen Wayne Goss's video?! Eucerin Oil Control is a good one for Oily skin.
