Hello sir You done a great job and it is very easy to understand. But I have an issue with this charger. I made this charger with your description, and after completion a 12v battery connected to charger. The charger is set on 13.92v and reply pot is set to below of this volts. On a whole day charging the auto cut is not working, by removing battery from charger & the voltage of battery shows 12.93v. But green LED was not glowing. When charger is disconnected from the power supply and battery connected to charger that's time Red LED glow. Give me a solution as possible as.
That's a the charging voltage, load voltage kam hi aayega, charger check karna h to pahle battery ko thoda use kare taaki voltage 11.5-12v ho jis se charge hone par wapis 12v se upar ho jayenge to confirm ho jayega ki charger work kar rha h!

@@martinroy8135 but use a bigger heat sink and thermal compound...or it will die quickly maxed out. Better is to put a power transistor in place of the regulator then control the base of it with the regulator...there are tons of schematics available that show this method as it is the most common technique for linear voltage regulators (which is basically what he's built here for us).

@Technical Sokil Maine ye circuit banaya bilkul same, component na milne ki wajah se thoda change hua 4700uf ka capacitor use kiya aur 200 ohm ka resistance. Problem ye hai ki 6.5V pe cut off ho raha hai minimum usk niche nai. Koi solution ho to bataiye.

Lm317 ic पर 220 oham का resistor लगानेसे potatiometer जल जायेगा... आप क्यू फेक विडिओ बना रहे हो.
Not working lm317 ac Maine bahut try Kiya multimeter me voltage show ho Raha tha but 12 volt ka dc motor nahi chal paya.

बढीया प्रोजेक्ट सर बहुत ही अच्छा है लेकिन , दो एपीयर १२-० का टानसफोमर लेगे तो चार्जिंग के लिए चलेगे सर हमे दिखाई गे।
