When I'm not using naturium overnight cream I'm using the peptide moisturizer then I use a tiny amount of Naturium Retylnaldahyde and then I go in the naturium lip balm to keep lips hydrated throughout the night.
Susan I am so pleased with the results of using your products. I can basically use any foundation even though I am 50 years old because my skin is a smooth canvas. I've not had any surgical cosmetic intervention but I do up my vitamin K2, vitamin D game and magnesium glycinate as recommended by Doctor Anil Rajani as it helps to strengthen the facial skeletal structure of face.
I like Irwin Natural supplements even though they're a bit pricey. I take Irwin Naturals Mega D3 & K2 + Tumeric Extract.
    Your products are fantastic! ❤

Susan!!!! I know you’ve sworn off tretinoin, but I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you try Altreno. I too get irritated with generic tretinoin and even Apostrophe and Curology’s tretinoin. But Altreno is some kind of magical tretinoin that doesn’t irritate me. It’s actually so moisturizing too!!

I'm glad I saw your comment, I will give it a try in the spring time. I will still purchase Susan's Retinal and in my neck and decolletage area as I am able to tolerate it mix in with naturium peptide moisturizer and it's given me great results.

I like when you incorporate one or two sponsored products in your routine and talk about the brand overall. I am tired of seeing these influencers using every product of the sponsor brand in the same routine (like they use even retinol in the am routine and spf in the pm routine) making it so obvious that this is not their actual routine. I know its their duty to show sponsored products but content creators nowadays cant even make a decent practical routine using sponsored products

If your skin feels tight, you should try light toners or essence before the mask like Susan. I use the Hada Labo toner before the mask, and it's still fairly moist after the ten minutes. I also was worried that any product would interfere with the lights, but I think it's more that LED therapy studies use the light on bare skin. Therefore, following the same protocols as in the test is a good recommendation, but that doesn't mean using hydrating products beforehand reduces efficacy; it just hasn't been tested.
