The Wilson imo gets the 👑 I’ve tried all of em including the Wilson, p80, Armory Craft and Gray Guns frames and the Wilson for me is my fav. Even had M&M custom stipple my XCarry frame and the Wilson is just fantastic. Bill Wilson doesn’t make a bad product. Just my humble opinion of course 🗽🇺🇸
Awesome video, man. Appreciate it very much, it was exactly what I needed. I've been struggling to find the right grip module for my P320 Compact. I tried the X series frames and they just don't jive with my large hands and shooting style. I think the P80 may be what I'm looking for. I wouldn't call it pretty but I'm looking for function. I also think it may have a more similar feel to my X5 Legion which will be great for consistency. Thanks again!
I’d def recommend checking out the Armory Craft frame too as that’s my second fav behind the Wilson. Armory Craft IMO makes the best Sig aftermarket parts out there. Especially their triggers, hammers and spring kits. Milos and Co are fantastic.
I have the Wilson and love it. Picked up an aluminum grip module from icarus precision as well and it’s tolerance tightness is far superior to all the polymer grip modules including the x frames but the grip on it just doesn’t do it for me. I like smaller grip modules cause I have smaller hands so I have to put the Wilson at the top of the list. The thing I noticed when comparing polymer 80 and Wilson combat is hand size. It seems all people who like big grip like the polymer 80 but if you like smaller grips they tend to like the Wilson.
I tried the Wilson and didn’t like it. I got the P80 and I love it. Feels more like a 1911 and that’s great because the 1911 is my favorite of all pistols. I teamed the P80 module in FDE with my X VTAC and it looks awesome. The only thing I don’t like about the P80 is having a polymer magazine catch! It works fine, but concerns of longevity of use come to mind. Only time will tell? But I think someone needs to come up with a steel replacement.
The 320 is a great choice in that regard. There are over a dozen options in factory grips alone. Out of the 2 grips in this video i would recommend the Wilsion to someone more comfortable w smaller grips.
I don’t know how many mag changes you have done with your p80 grip,my mag release has been ate up by the metal mag,,,,I can shake the pistol hard and the mag will fall out ,,so I got up with polymer 80 and suggested a metal mag release for the sig module and they said it’s been talked about and I’m not the only one to have this problem
@@infidelpracticalpistol9953 thanks. I’m confused as far as what to get. I have the stock full size one and can’t decide between the X series or one of these two in your video.
Completely agree with everything you said about the P80 and its ergos. You shoot extremely flat with it btw. I can't speak to the Wilson as I haven't acquired one...yet?
@@infidelpracticalpistol9953 Yep, I bought the Wilson because it looked cool. I strongly prefer the stock P320 grip to the Wilson. The Wilson is just too small and narrow for me. It's not a bad grip at all, just not for me. I have a P80 on order, hoping I have better luck with it.
Lol ohh, it sounds exactly like our hot water heater when it's making hot water. I didn't get compressor bleed from it. Lasted like the entire video of I remember right. I really like the xmodules from sig, never cared fir thr old 320 grips, just don't look good, but feel okay. I will say with large hands not fat fingers the way I grip the xmodules compared to more rounded grips I can't quite shoot as fast, and it just lacks alittle some thing.. I refuse to pay graygun money for that module,. Is there thr p80 basically the same thickness as thr stock xmod? And thr wc basically the same thickness as thr old-school 320 module? I like thr sig magwell flare and wish either of those two accepted a magwell add on. Had to modify the 17rd mags to fit with thr magwell but we worth it. I guess I'll have to just try them. The wc isn't pretty and seems a bit small but never shot one. I'm still able to shoot once a week and not pay crazy money to do so. Good video man.
@@Hustler_state yea the P80 is closer to the xframe, the Wilson is really narrow. Doesn't work w my hand type well. I'm running a redhill tactical holster. They probably the most popular holsters for competition.
Infidel... You don't realize that's a Christian biblical term to describe a disbeliever, so you're basically calling yourself someone that doesn't accept that Jesus as the Messiah. Also, just so you know, Muslims accept Jesus as the Messiah, Son of Mary, and as a prophet of God.
Wilson combat grip is absolutely perfect for me and my smedium man hands.

Excellent video!!! I think you explained everything very well.
Great comparison, I am just getting into Sig products and I shoot USPSA. Gonna have to pick up both of these now. New sub !
Great video and presentation!!!!
Sir, you are NOT full of it. Great video. Even better shooting
Wilson Combat.

Glad I could help, worst case choo down an x5 grip.

Agree 100%, still need to get my hands on the new Scorpion grip.
I just got the P80 love it , so I can’t say anything about the Wilson because I don’t have it . But good video man 👍🏽
Thank you
I have both I'm not sure which one I like better, I really hope P80 would come out with a compact 15 round grip
I'm digging that p80. It's looking very 1911 which I'm a fan of.
20th subscribe! So the p80 is made to hold like a 1911 grip angle so you were spot on
Good video
Thank you.
Great video, quick question. On your wc grip Is your mag release slightly difficult to press compared to a regular sig Frame
No the mag release on the Wilson feels normal. You can change that mag release button and spring. It is pretty easy plenty of videos out to help.

Which grip gives u a higher grip. The one thing I don't like about my original p320 grip is I can't get high enough on the grip.
I've got a TXG, how does that stock grip feel vs your hand size?
The txg feels like the perfect size for me. But the the standard x5 and the original 320 grip both feal narrow in my hands.
I have a glock 45 and love it but I do have small hands I been looking at the sig p320 but would you like that grip be right for me

I definitely don't have that much time on it. Wow that's definitely something I wish I put in the video.
Whats the piece that you put your thumb on for better shooting
I believe your talking about the goguns gas pedal.
Mirzon lower is better than both of the lowers in this video...PERIOD!!!
Wilson hands down
"it fired and chambered a round, but it wouldn't go--- that's the issues I had" ??? I dont' know what this means.
So which is closer in size to the original grip?
The Wilson is closer to the original.

@@infidelpracticalpistol9953 for someone used to Glock would you recommend the P80?
The grip angle is still the traditional 1911 angle, but the actual grip itself does feel closer to a Glock.

I hate the old Sig p320 mag baseplates do not fit X, & WC frames. But a dremel will solve this issue.
What the hell is that whistling noise in the back?
Air compressor in the shop
I have both two as well, I found the original feels best so far. The p80 is too big, and the Wilson feels little loose. 😂
I took an IPSC training recently, the instructor fixed our griping, now I found the WC is actually fitted better in hand due to narrower back side.
P80 over Wilson IMO
Do you have to hold your mouth like that to control recoil? He he concentration face!
Good video, just work on the videos microphone 🎙 lots of humming.
Sorry, did the video in the shop and compressor was winding down.
