- Demonstration video of the LOGAN F500-3 Deluxe Frame Finishing Kit. A complete set of tools and supplies to finish ready made frames ready for wall hanging. Includes F60 Dust Cover Trimmer, F500-2 Dual Drive Elite, 50 pcs each of flexible and rigid inserts, 10' x 18" roll of dust cover paper, 20’ of 43lb coated picture framing wire, 24 pcs each d-rings and screws, 24 felt bumpers, one 60 yard roll of ATG tape and three extra #270 blades. Secure the artwork and backing into the frame with the Dual Drive Elite, apply the dust cover paper using the supplied paper and ATG tape, trim the excess with the Dust Cover Trimmer, install the d-rings, tie the hanging wire and apply felt bumpers and the art is ready for hanging. Great video. FYI - For most professional galleries display of artwork, they want you to use the UNCOATED wire because the wall hangers wont accept the thicker coated diameter so if its just going on your or friends wall coated is the way to go but ask first if its going to be displayed in a gallery/ show.. I need to get that dust cover cutter for sure! great tool. Makes it so much easier.

The instructions for the F60 trimmer have an additional step - spray the Kraft paper with water after it's trimmed and then let it dry or use a hair dryer to speed things up. Is that step necessary or can I skip it with satisfactory results?
No, that is not absolutely necessary but some find it tightens up the backing paper for a more professional look. You can also just use a hair dryer without the water and get a similar effect. You may want to experiment with the type of backing paper you are using to see if you are getting wrinkles an application of heat would solve. Thanks.
I used the water spray technique and it worked wonders for tightening up the backing paper.

Hello, I believe everything that comes in the kit is used during the video. Some items come in quantity so more frames can be done. Was there anything specific you saw you have a question about?
