Even though it is pulsate model, if we don’t remove the cups right after milking, it’ll damage the teat and may cause mastitis. He can’t guarantee that it may not cause anything even we don’t remove the cups for hours. I personally having experience in large scale dairy farm (400 cows). He may do research about doing fixed machinery for large scale instead of “can system “.

Thanks Naveena ulagam, but after seeing this I went directly to the KCI and bought the milking machine.
My experience after that:
During the visit they haven't shown any demo, instead they showed some machine packages . One is without trolley and other is with trolley. Trolley type is just for the name shake and wheels one side whereas the other side with fixed stand where you can't move it properly. Looks like KCI is not invested/spent time for R & D, even we asked to do alterations where they denied. They are not focussing on solutions for the customer needs instead their focus is only on selling their products.
Service is poor, they won't even hear you properly. Also the design and quality is very poor, they haven't kept any valve to close and open for each so that you can open after inserting. They ask you to fold the tube instead which is the very worst part and practical difficulty.
Also when the power goes off, the entire existing vaccum will go off.
We are using the chaff cutter of KCI for more than 5years and thus I gone for KCI product but my decision went wrong.
They say service across India but it's not realistic, installation itself very worst service.
Delivery/ courier package is very very poor, I got damaged product and some of parts missed which sent twice for which I lost 2 days.
I never recommend KCI for milking machine, better choose good well established companies preferably there are many companies in namakkal.
Don't fall into trap by seeing this video, Rishi never respond properly.
They are not ready to hear our feedback and they think that we are dumb.

I am sorry to hear this feedback from you..I would like to clear all your points mentioned above..
1.Design of the Machine
The trolley machine which you have purchased is the updated one...We carefully look into all aspects before launching any product in the market..Over last 5 years of milking machine in the market we have sold more than 500+ trolley machines in tamilnadu and all are working good... Regarding your feedback on valve for each teat..It's not practically possible to keep valve in each liner for pulsator type trolley milking machines..I had clearly explained you the practical difficulties of fixing the valve in the nitrile liner which we use...You compared our machines with few namakkal companies...They are 100% Chinese imported milking machines..You can definitely verify....
It's just the technique which helps us the fix all the 4 liners to the teat simultaneously...You had called me thrice after receiving the machine and all the three times I had attended the call and connected to our executive they guided you to install and use the machine...We are still ready to teach and help till you are 100% satisfied...
2.Packing and transit damage
We have made all the changes in the design and made it 99% transit damage free...Even if the Machine is thrown the pump or the motor will not be damaged ...only the frame will hit the bottom.. Regarding the missing of the spare ,I accept and apologize the spare was missed in the packing and I personally made sure to courier that within 24 hours and it reaches you on time along with the machine in parcel...
3.Regarding the response from me
I personally attend all the issues from sales, purchase, production, service etc..I had attended all your calls and answered to all your queries...You won't believe..I get calls by night 12 midnight, morning 4 am and I still answer them by sacrificing my personal space and time... Myself and my team are always ready to do anything tho satisfy our customers...We are ready to teach you to use the machine effectively..
Looking forward for long term mutual business relationship...

Even 2days back I called your service / installation team to get some specifications about the liner and other house. They said they will call me back but still now I didn't received any call.
Response in the social media is entirely different from the actual.
The missed parts was couriered which is accepted rest all I'm not convinced.
