You should tighten the knob on the outside of your incra fence. This prevents the jessem stock guides pushing your fence up. It also helps your fence stay parallel to your sawblade when you push your stock against the fence. I know it might be annoying to do that everytime, but if you buy something that can be accurate to a 1000th of an inch, it would be a waste to lose that accuracy because you dont want to tighten and loosen the knob. (I had spare parts so I installed a knob on the other side too)
So after you clamp your fence into position, tighten the knobs and it will stay tightly in the right position.

I like that idea of putting a knob on the out feed side of the fence. I also have the incra TS-LS positioner and you're correct locking both ends of the fence will ensure the accuracy that the incra fence is capable of.

It appears that the shop has tight quarters but camera angles could have been better so that we wouldn't have seen your right arm and not the board going through the saw. I also agree with Mark Beiser about putting an irregular edge against the fence. You may not have had kick back but I doubt you had a straight edge on your cut. A track saw would have been done the job quite well too.

Before you hurt yourself working with live edge slabs, please, please make yourself a sled to screw/clamp the slab onto, that will give you a straight edge to reference off the fence with.
Any old piece of plywood will do.
It doesn't even have to be a sled, just staple/screw/glue/whatever a strip of plywood on top to ride against the fence.

Yea, that cut at the 12m mark was pretty upsetting to watch.

Why in the world would you use a push-stick so far off the table? Why not push with your hands at least until the trailing end of your stock is on the table?

SO Dangerous, I hope none of your viewers try your methods. The old saying "A monkey with a machine gun" comes to mind.
