- The Simon Chimbetu Commemorations 2021 were held virtually in partnership with @NashTvzim. The
theme of the annual gig was "The Music LIVES".
In explaining the theme the heir to the Dendera music genre Sulu said the theme revolves around the significance of the spoken message by various Simon "Chopper" compositions.
He added that the Legacy was for all music stakeholders, fans and creators.

Back in 2005 on the day Cde Simon passed AWAY ,Macheso was performing at Sports dinner he played this song (Sina)in loving memory of the fallen hero.
