However, soon after I placed my deposit, the Kawasaki dealer across the street from HPS, reduced their 2024 KLX230s by $1,000, listing it for $3,999! Me being a Green guy at heart, what do I do?!!!

A unique design and perfect for most people around town, on the farm, and exploring the trails 👍 I wish I had one but my wife won't let me get a motorcycle, so I have an e-bicycle instead, which is fun too. It gives you loads of grip though! My wife and I were riding in the hills today and got caught in a storm, that tire held pretty well and kept us from sliding around too much.

I'm thinking about getting one for me and my short wife to ride off road. Thinking about carrying it on the front of my car while towing a pop-up camper
@MOBStreet83 I ran it by my mechanic. He seems to think carrying the 280lb TW in front will change the angles of the front suspension structure and could mess up the linkage and drive train to the front wheels. I find myself in an indecisive state of mind. :(
I like dual sport bikes but I was wondering if I can put a Suzuki DR650 engine on the tw200. I like the bike because it's budget friendly and has a low seat height but I also want to put a larger engine so it's faster. The DR650 is a bit big for me.
If you find out how, let us know. So far, the only one that I have seen that is somewhat compatible is the TTR225 engine. But, you will have to modify the output shaft and sprocket to make it work for the TW.
You can lift (almost) any bike with proper technique. Back-to-motorcycle, squat and grab a handle bar and somewhere on the rear. Then it’s like a dead lift from there. Just tryna save your back 🙂✌️
Thanks! Yeah, we have learned how to do the lift. I have used it with Harley Baggers. But, with how light the TW200 is, it isn't hard to get it back on two wheels.
I would definitely say that I am blessed to have the wife that I do! We've been riding motorcycles since we met and it has been a part of our lives the whole time. We Love It!

The EFI on the KLX idles way too high. You can't use the engine to slow you down on trails at all, it keeps the rpms up. There isn't any way to adjust it either or I would for sure.

Nope, that is the stock spring and my wife and I ride that bike all over the place without any problems!

I have the fuel injected KLX230S and the TW200 and I prefer the carb over the EFI
