These are so fire Pana. I got some braids like this in 350 for my labor and delivery and they took 8 hrs.
You did an amazing job. They are so beautiful. 😍 I didn't know people were paying $700-1000 for braids. Back in the day I paid $200 for those but I know times changed. For someone standing on their feet those many hours, maybe $500 🤷🏽♀️ I'm not sure. I say charge your time, feet, and back 😮💨 plus if I remember correctly you stay in California right? Hell $700, cost of living high there. Women spend way more on that getting a wig installed.
not even just the install but they be buying $500/$700 wigs and then on top of that be paying $250 or more for an install 😩

I just cannot be spending that much money on hair that costs more than my bills. 😭 My co-worker spends $250 for an install that she had a wig made every 2 weeks. I asked her why doesn't she just put it on her head and add makeup to the part. She didn't know what color to buy. 😒 I sent her a link.

You did those braids in 7 hrs., and they are very neat. Yes you should charge bare minimum is $1,000. Now it would not be my choice, merely because I am frugal. She I have the same issue you have and I saw it and you said something about. The sorting got wider as you went up more from the nape and I do that. I end up doing a size I didn't want. Because I'm doing my own. So I cannot see it from the angle you have when you doing it on someone else. So it was ironic that you had the same issue to.

Water boils at 212, flat irons get way hotter than that. There’s a misconception that boiling water shouldn’t touch the clients hair …. When this has literally done nothing to my clients ends
