You can raise that easily by going to the town, and leave repeating that over and over. eventually you will be challenged, beat them for +10 reputation, which also increases moral. You can do this infinite amount of times in a month allowing you to forget about the time and do it at your own pace.

She will run away when her Morale hits 0. Same thing that makes you lose the combat tournament.
