Interior Water Leak

Washed the car top to bottom for the first time and found a problem immediately. The puddle of water on the floor was hard to miss, but with some solid trial and error diagnosis, I found the cause and fixed the leak.

Oh no! Ive had good results using the 3M glazing compound 08509. It stays gooy like the original sealant.
