Also sir, you can lock crank on TDC by a hole, which is located downside between crank and cam shaft gears through timing cover. No need to remove injector to find first piston on top.

Mohammad Nadeem Saab you did not show if engine timing is exhaust stroke or intake stroke ,it could be 180 degree off how you check that TDC , other wise very nice job thx

I have Perkin Genset Engine CM80685 fitted on Massey Ferguson 1035 tractor. It is running fine with no smoke, timing is rechecked by mechanic OK. Engine sound is not OK. Mechanic changed nozzle but original not available.
What is Bosch make nozzle model for this engine. Currently Perkin/Delphi/CAV nozzle not available.
