The simple messages from a mole or compassionate words from a horse tells us that we don't need a complex answer when we are confused. Life is simple. We are the ones who make it so complicated. When I picked up your book in the shop, I had a physical reaction. I cried. It is so emotive. I bought it initially for when my first grandchild would be born. Since then, I have bought 5 copies as gifts for my friends. This is a magical book, for ALL. Thank you for giving it to us.

    Change is inevitable. Change is a constant. Changing yourself is dependent on making a decision for change or not. The lack of decision is in itself a decision. Fear not change but embrace change and plan for your next decade. It will come either way. Live bold, Love lots, Give your best.

    It's nearly midnight. I wanted to listen to a human story on the radio. Something pure and real. I didn't realize at first why this (seemingly) children "tale" came across among the noisy and shallow audios. But there was that call to stop by the story. I haven't listened to it yet. Let's say I didn't dare. I saw pages. I saw drawings. Letters and words that were drawn with simplicity, care and understanding. The most inner part of a human recognizes the echoes of the soul. This piece of art, let's say, book is an echo. It was meant to be.

      I just listened to you reading the book on BBC sounds and loved it. I've recommended it to friends who all are finding it so thought provoking especially during lock down. Thank you for this beautiful book "Even storms get tired" let's hope we are soon through this one and begin to value the simple things.

      I’m sorry I don’t have an answer, but I would love to know as well. If you hear from someone, could you tap me back a reply? Thanks..If I see anything, I’ll respond to you. Although, I often don’t get back to my youtube sites as there are so many faves saved. It’s beautiful though, isn’t it?! 🌹

    What kind of pen is he using? Just a traditional fountain pen and ink?

    • @Felix-sw7dq
      @Felix-sw7dq 4 роки тому +1

      Seems so, but I don't recommend buying cheap fountain pens cause they all seem too stiff to do thicker lines like he did,
      might be that?

    • @khajiitkitten5679

      He's using a drawing pen, which has multiple nibs, some fine some broad, some round...He's also using an India ink to draw with, and varying the pressure on the point to achieve broader or thinner strokes. Google Hunt Speedball pens for supplies and books. Also look up Drawing with Pen & Ink. The virtual instructor is good.

      They are known as "dip pens" among artists. A fountain pen will get it's ink from a cartridge inside but this one needs to be dipped in ink and the nibs changed every now and then.
