Teaching Students Who Live Under a Bridge in the Philippines

Aside from teaching in a public school during weekdays, Fe Matullano Lustañas teaches the kids who live in a coastal community in La Huerta, Parañaque. This sparked inspiration from many including her co-teachers, friends and even strangers, who now take part as volunteers in her Education Under the Bridge program. For them, Teacher Fe is what you can call a modern day hero.
This documentary won 2nd Place during the 2018 Change Foundation Film Festival. It is written and directed by Florence M. Rosini. She is based in Manila, Philippines
