I also want to read Lot now that I’m living in Houston. I read Memorial right before I moved here and now I want to re-read it with all my Texas experience now
I've never been to Houston but I really thought it was interesting, especially the commentary he made about the city post-Harvey. I'd be very intrigued to read Memorial now that I've read his short fiction.
I am so excited for Assassin of Reality! I do hope at some point we get translations of the original sequels though.
Yes! I find it so interesting that they made this choice, but it does make me wonder what we'll be missing out on in the original sequel.
"excited to dive into that" for the mermaid horror gave me a chuckle! 💦 Saving Time sounds intersting - i find the socially constructed aspect of time fascinating, since time feels like such a bigger-than-ppl concept...
