Lovely! ❤One thing I learnt about having two-tone walls was that it makes the ceiling height feel lower. I had orange TnG on the lower half and a yellowy-cream top half and the trim matched the floor colour. Once I painted the lot slightly warm white it added about 1ft of height to the ceiling. I put up black metal curtain rods at the ceiling to really sell it. I stand taller in the room now and look up. 😊
Beautiful designs. I have an awkward 58*23 window on the middle wall in my home office behind my desk that I want to make my focal wall with wood trims. What do you suggest, I should do there? I have 2 big windows on oneside of the room and tv on the other side. Room has french doors. I can't remove my window as it's a big project. The only option, I can think was to cover the window with a painting. Please suggest some accent wall links with small useless windows like these.
Hey Raeanne. Great ideas. I have an accent wall in a bold terracotta color in my livingroom and it makes a statement surrounded by the neutral theme and vibe I have throughout my house. I'm not someone who likes to fill my walls with art or pictures etc. I prefer a simpler design. I'll go big with throw pillows, textiles and clay pots with greenery but taking more of your 21 ideas into consideration would work to add another element with out additional wall clutter. TFS 👌🏽🏡
Hey!!!! That terracotta color sounds beautiful 😍 I agree, the less clutter the better! It's hard for me with 4 younger kids but I definitely don't like things just lying around!
