Aspd should be counted as "attack for every unit of time" That means: 1.0 aspd is 1 attack every 1.0 seconds (you attack once every second) 0.5 aspd is 1 attack every 0.5 seconds (you attack twice every second) The lower the better. Cheers
you have to build dex with a toublek bow, its low base damage to you need the crits to make it effective. I have tried both builds karnix str/perc and 70 dex toublek. For a liberator I think having higher damage flashwaves and spells that can 2x most of the time is a no brainer for me. A toublek build is probably more ideal with dagger/bow builds, fast attacks to launch your single target combo as quickly as you can, on top of high evasion.
Ah now am lost, i was planning to farm coins to craft the bow , i play wand/bow and am pretty active pvp Play, i wanted to go for karnix to stack STR, but now idk , range is also very important in pvp. Help
Why do you only calculate 16m from the bow? If I put on gloves and the like with + range, the calculation looks completely different, or does the 9% only count on the sheet? doesn't make any sense at all
Yep if you count on other range bonus then toublek gets even more range since the bonus is in % of the base. In really a Toublek build will have around 5m more range and you can still get the 9% from someone in your party a healer most likely
id argue that casting speed ( aka attackspeed) , range would be better for pvp as damage would be the same if not better, since u get more cdr with toublek u get more spells in.
To late for me. Im maxout toublek and didnt know there is significant damage diff for bow. And the highest atm is karnix. I want to build slow nuke brain dead class and karnix is i supposed to go
@@PokerPixels you're not getting much out of Toublek's if you don't plan to do any pvp. Keep in mind that heals also scale off of base damage. And range isn't really all that vital in pve.
Hi, just to be clear, Toublek and Karnix serve different roles. Toublek you want to build more around DPS (Dex or Perception) which is better suited for PVP. where Karnix is better for PVE especially when used with wand for healers as has better heals and stacks easier into strength..... TheWhelps comes across slightly bias when talking about Karnix's overall damage compared to Toublek's range advantage, cd reduction/ atk speed and skill. in mid large scale PVP there is a reason the majority of high level players use Toublek, dmg is not everything. Cheers.
He is not biased he just said it's preference. I think Toublek is better when you combine it with the staff build because of the CDR, your rotation are faster so you're getting higher dmg. Also I think the passive is quite interesting as it is combining well with higher range passive that gives + crit chance + crit damage.
PVE Karnix, PVP Toubleks. We can't just disregard Toublek's Trick passive because during PVP, 25% of a tank's HP can be considerably high, along with endurance stats being high enough to block a good amount of damage. Just some food for thought.
If your targets endurance is high toublek passive doesnt work Because remember it needs under 25% hp but also it needs to be a crit. You dont crit high endurance targets

skills also, but must be a crit
Which bow do you think is better for pvp as bow dagger? Is it still the same? And how about staff for pvp with staff dagger? (I'm currently playing both?
Toublek can be played for bow dagger but for staff dagger karnix because youll outrange your staff with toublek
CDR for your dagger skills from toublek is really nice to have too. The dex fit also assists in stacking evasion and compliments dagger evasion passive. More alpha from karnix, but that qol from toublek is really strong
@@Alex-gn6iidoes the cdr from toublek also apply to non-longbow skills? Thought passives are only meant to work for skills that fall under the particular weapon.
Do what’s the better xbow
Can you show us, how you use the keyboard hotkeys for skills and at the same time how you walk with your character and use your mouse ?
Pls LIKE, so he sees and makes a video !
Can I still follow your original build with toublek instead of karnix? I already got rid of the blue head piece and replaced with hood
Depends on your playstyle. Toublek is acrually better for Bow/staff/wanders
Hey whelps how come Longbow of Undead Skewering instead of Farshot longbow for your Bow/Staff Blue PVP bis. Farshot has 20 more base crit hit chance and 4 perception. they both have 16m range and 0.675 att speed
Blue is just a placeholder until purple
Hi, i am new to this game and are following ur staff/bow guide on questlog but what the difference between the staff/bow PVE early game and BIS ? because the staff/bow PVE early game has much more CP and stats compare to BIS
Dont worry about cp. Some of the BiS gear is from world bosses so go for that when you can
@@lamp6381 ahh icic thx for the reply. i tot CP was more important because sometimes i see they set a quite high amount of CP requirement to enter co-op dungeon
Does attack speed afect the second weap skills?
No
Yes it does, the attack apeed on my xbows lowers when i equip the trouble bow.
The dex bonus on the bow lowers attack soeed on both weapons.
for me, the Cooldown difference is what makes the toublek a bit better. Being able to dish out more damage faster.
I compared maxroll's pve gear guide to your bis build and it looks like their damage is really close to your build, the bow damage is actually higher, the staff is 20 max dmg lower but 30 min dmg higher, they use higher perception gear, can you compare their build to yours and give your opinion? ty
Am confused, u said dex increase attk speed but ingame when i increase dex attk speed goes lower...
Aspd should be counted as "attack for every unit of time"
That means:
1.0 aspd is 1 attack every 1.0 seconds (you attack once every second)
0.5 aspd is 1 attack every 0.5 seconds (you attack twice every second)
The lower the better. Cheers
Whelp awesome video, great to see it put in action. 45 Base damage is much bigger than expected.
Tell me plz. How you aoe fire dmg on sniping skill bow?
its Flash Wave not
sniping.
@@timproc9355 its wand skill?
@@realstix bow skill, it's Flash Arrow with specialization
Whelps what do you think about staff of umbramancer and endurance build?
they are ok and works but im not fan of both
I would do that if you wanted a budget build. It will cost 8x cheaper to make your build with that staff and going endurance.
@@MeistGamingChannel can I ask why is umbra tied to endurance build?
@@MeistGamingChannel thats true thats why im doing and its kinda cheap but the thing will i be useful with that set in PvP ? 😭
you have to build dex with a toublek bow, its low base damage to you need the crits to make it effective.
Help
bow/wand? karnix
and now, which staff ^^
grand aelon is the answer, its something inbetween both of them, with good range, good att speed, good dmg, very high hit chance
when i have karnix equippted but use a crossbow skill, will my crossbow range benefit from karnix? im bow/crossbow pve player
yes
@@Whelpsthought it only works for longbow skills? Cos you don’t use karnix for crossbow skills, but crossbow weapons?
Why do you only calculate 16m from the bow? If I put on gloves and the like with + range, the calculation looks completely different, or does the 9% only count on the sheet? doesn't make any sense at all
because im comparing weapons not gloves and I explain how the +range stats work, they increase base on weapon range so you get more on toublek
Yep if you count on other range bonus then toublek gets even more range since the bonus is in % of the base.
In really a Toublek build will have around 5m more range and you can still get the 9% from someone in your party a healer most likely
hey yo whelps... love ur content bro ! can u make a video about what is the better open world dungeons to farm ?
Is this the same for PVE
So for healers Karnix is also better because more dmg = more heal right? Especially crit hit chance also increases healing power.
For healer karnix is def better yes cuz you provide range to your party too
id argue that casting speed ( aka attackspeed) , range would be better for pvp as damage would be the same if not better, since u get more cdr with toublek u get more spells in.
To late for me. Im maxout toublek and didnt know there is significant damage diff for bow. And the highest atm is karnix.
I want to build slow nuke brain dead class and karnix is i supposed to go
what about shaikal
Hablo español, podrias decirme para pvp cual es mejor?
Toublak PvP, karnix pve
doesn't karnix have higher attack speed?
lower the number the faster the atk speed
Would Toublek be better for a healer because of the range and faster ability cooldown? Or still go for Karnix for more damage?
healer takes karnix for 11str to reach 50 str and inrease range of your party
@@Whelpswhat if I’m not interested for pvp and mainly do pve?
@@PokerPixels you're not getting much out of Toublek's if you don't plan to do any pvp. Keep in mind that heals also scale off of base damage. And range isn't really all that vital in pve.
Do you main hand staff or bow?
Always bow 100%
Hi, just to be clear, Toublek and Karnix serve different roles. Toublek you want to build more around DPS (Dex or Perception) which is better suited for PVP. where Karnix is better for PVE especially when used with wand for healers as has better heals and stacks easier into strength..... TheWhelps comes across slightly bias when talking about Karnix's overall damage compared to Toublek's range advantage, cd reduction/ atk speed and skill. in mid large scale PVP there is a reason the majority of high level players use Toublek, dmg is not everything. Cheers.
thank you for this😭😭🙏🏼
Im not bias i basically say the same thing i just 'prefer' karnix
He is not biased he just said it's preference. I think Toublek is better when you combine it with the staff build because of the CDR, your rotation are faster so you're getting higher dmg. Also I think the passive is quite interesting as it is combining well with higher range passive that gives + crit chance + crit damage.
PVE Karnix, PVP Toubleks. We can't just disregard Toublek's Trick passive because during PVP, 25% of a tank's HP can be considerably high, along with endurance stats being high enough to block a good amount of damage. Just some food for thought.
If your targets endurance is high toublek passive doesnt work
Because remember it needs under 25% hp but also it needs to be a crit.
You dont crit high endurance targets
@@agoatwithnonamd yep
That is also the Staff not the bow.
@@blackdynamiteSJC No it's not
@heyflo1 Yea my video switched and I commented on the wrong video
I always thought karnix has more range because of passive thanks for the explanation
I mean you can easily tell in game that toublek has more range
He answered that in the Video -_-
