Very bleak but tranquil. I wanna write a post-apocalypse story about this, or just something involving extreme solitude. This sounds like how my mind feels half the time
This is my favorite of his work it’s the most cold and ambient unknown type of tense music, it’s so relaxing but.... something, you can’t quite pick it out, isn’t right. You feel watched
The part that gets me. Every time I listen to this is the ommnesient buzz in the background you can faintly hear at 10:46 and beyond. As if you have a light nearby and this is real. VHS Screens also seal the deal on every cover. Like a world you'll never be able to go to no matter what, but was here at one time and still is.
idk why people rated this one lower than bleed, the dark forest, or ice sheet earth. sure it's a little more textural and minimalist ambient, but if you really enjoy dark nature's work and listen closely, you will really enjoy it
Exactly what I needed for my reading the 28 Days Later fanfic "Death of a Nation". I love the background image, too. Makes me think of some found footage horror.
the video quality image reminds me of walking into art museum with having little or non knowledge of art history, and i just walked into post modern section like the 80's or 70's. its like a moment recorded and stripped away of its historical context and placed in a super imposed white minimalist room, under sterilized florescent lights above, a bunch of strangers walking in silence, taking pictures. i would just look at it for a min or two. , trying to under stand what I'm looking, whats the meaning of it, whats the context. I'm given a title, the artist name, the year, the medium in which it was produced, a verbose description of the piece. its written away in a way like its a note you wrote to yourself that's suppose to be a reminder or a refresher of sorts but its from the art curator, Except its for a time where you weren't even around for it or when you were alive. the past feels like such familiar yet alien environment. the lack of knowledge of historical, political context, cultural references and attitudes i wasn't even alive for. It has such a surreal quality. Its like waking up from a hazy dream, trying to remember the context and trying to make sense of it or piece it together with the preexisting knowledge you have. except its in art museum you have to piece together these bizarre historical esoteric art pieces of other people who lived in that and trying to figure it out. I would like to hear everyone else's thoughts. (wow this took me like the whole video to write)
thank you sans undertale from the video game undertale.
Now it's a telepath album.

ha ha well hey, Kernel, if you haven't read Carlton Mellick III's "Quicksand House", that's going to be up your solitudinous alley.
I know this like "White noise"
I wonder if Dark Nature will ever drop more music ever again.

This is helpful when you have a song stuck in your head this will get it out.
Intensely beautiful. Introspective. It has a light sound but creates such heavy emotions.
I struggle to breathe normally when listening to this
Not only the music is perfect, but the picture is very nostalgic to me... Idk why but i keep findkng pictures of my dreams on these songs
