Well thats a complex question 6mm steel bb has more j but is bigger and slower And 4.5mm is faster and smaller so it has more penetration. I was thinking to make a video about it
This version only comes in plastic 6mm airsoft I wanted the 4.5 steel bb because they are chroom better build and look more accurate but they are sold out for many years now
