Thanks for presenting friendly talk with your father Taya...
Fascinating..
@@watchful1168ellopapaHappyyouTheylamfromcambodia
Amazing! Your daddy looks great in Vishivanka 🙂

as an american, I found this very interesting. Your father is very interesting and looks like a very good man. He needs a channel. i would subscribe. I hope you do more videos with your family.
Your Dad has my respect. Being born in 66 I always heard what they had to deal with.
Everyone I asked ,how was life in the soviet union ,people said it was good , no stress
Yes, yes! Part II definitely. I like your dad. Ha! When he told the class the "forbidden information", it made me smile. You come from a family of "rebels". And Taya is still a rebel! ;)
Great job Taya! Fascinating and informative! Yes, hearing your dad's experiences during the tumultuous post Soviet Union '90s era would be really interesting,
If you see a mistake in subtitles, you can let me know :)
At 18:30 the word agitations maybe should read “allegations”
@@lettucefarm nope, agitations is correct, eg has never agitated against the gov't. Agitators will be sent to the Gulag! On a side note, One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich is an interesting read...
There ain't no such word as touristic. Which seems to appear in a lot of videos. Its tourist or tourism
Republics not replicas
I like your father...did s good job as a parent.
I can see the love and respect you have for each other
You have two beautiful daughters and well bred! Well educated and very respectful! You are a good man and a great father!!!!!🤣
**I KNOW HE IS EXTREMELY PROUD OF YOU!!!**
HE SEEMS LIKE A VERY NICE MAN!
**GOD BLESS HIM FOR RAISING YOU THE RIGHT WAY!!!**
**NICE SHIRT HE HAS ON!**
Wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow thank you for this.. The experience, the history, the insights and sidenotes were very interesting...these are the information one would never find in history books. Thank you very much. Thank you to your papa. Спасибо вам за информацию.
**I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR MORE FROM HIM!!!**
**GREAT VIDEO & GREAT IDEA FOR A VIDEO!!!**
**THANK YOU SO MUCH TAYA!!!**
good video. I like asking people what it was like living in the Soviet Union. Even people younger than your dad feel nostalgia about the Soviet Union.
😡 ЦЕ НЕПРАВДА МИ НЕНАВИДИМО РАДЯНСЬКЕ ВСЕ !!!!!
Даже мне интересно было вспомнить то время. Супер-папа! Чудовий гумор та молодой гарт. Thanks!
You have a very cool dad!!
Your best interview ever! Your dad seems like a great guy. I think you get your calm pleasant mannerism from him. Except for the language, father daughter adoration looks the same every where you go. I could listen to you two talk for hours. I would like to hear more about how the achievements during the time of the Soviet Union i.e. space travel, military machines, athletic champions, etc. we’re viewed by the common people there. Also, I’m close to your dads age and like him, I lived through the Cold War. His thoughts on that would make an interesting video.
I really enjoyed this interview with your father! I think he is a good, funny and intelligent man. I want to see another video like this one!
Your Dad is really cool. Thank you Taya.
Your dad is a very smart man i would love to hear more from him!
He is a lucky man. Two smart and beautiful daughters (that I know of) and probably a beautiful wife, and a very nice shirt. 😉
This was fantastic! Thank you for doing this video and tell your dad thank you for his party!
Very interesting, I was able to turn on the subtitles, and read what he was saying. Like the design on the shirt. Good Job 👍
Great Father very Kind and nice guy ♥️
This is so interesting! My parents are Cuban so a lot of similar requirements in schooling, etc. My husband grew up in the 90s in Cuba after the Cold War ended but they still had the 'Revolution' requirements like the marches lol
Wow, Taya, you are so blessed to have a father like him. I loved the interview. He has a lot of wisdom to share about his life. I'm impressed. I'm sure your proud of your Dad. I commend him for your upbringing. I can tell you learned a lot about right and wrong in this world from him and your mother also. Thank you for sharing a Beautiful, Happy, Ukrainian family with us. I look forward to more interviews with your Dad and hopefully your Mom.
Always nice to meet your family Taya! Glad you are well.
Great episode! You’re dad is cool. The subject matter was very interesting and I admire his willingness to “rock the boat. Good stuff.
**I WOULD LOVE TO READ THE "SUBTITLES" AS HE IS SPEAKING!!!**
**I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR YOU INTERVIEW HIM MORE!!!**
**THE SAME GOES FOR YOUR MOTHER!!!**
how do you get your words to be bold? (darker)
I’d totally listen to Ighorь talk about his life more too. Language, history, culture, and humor all wrapped into one video? I’m there.
Очень интересное видео!
Спасибо большое Тая и твой папа!
Your dad is hella Cool.
Loved this episode. Very interesting and well made interview. Taya is the best UA-camr. Come on peeps let’s get that 1 million subs. ❤

Dear Taya, quite an interesting video about your dad's life experiences living in the Soviet Union. I hope, you will make more such videos which touches people's hearts all over the world. With love and best wishes for both of you. Dr. Ahmed
Hi Taya when your dad spoke about rock music I could see him rocking out Deep Purple .Great video Thanks
I look forward to part two 😊
Maybe ask him about topics like food, fashion, dancing and clubs or discos during the 1980s? Also of interest is when he started thinking that they Soviet Union could collapse.
Hi Dad good upternoon God bless you all ways 🙏☺️😘♥️♥️♥️ Thaks for sharing this video
Great video ! Very interesting and informative
This was great!
Please do at least a part 2!
Great video. Please thank your father for us. I would really like another video in the same style.
Savietski soyuz paid for my Komsomol programme in my high school which expose me to students from so many European countries. And they gave us subsidized field trips to observatory etc.
And at times they sent folks from Ukraine SSR, RSFSR, Belaros SSR, Uzbekistan SSR ...
It was good exposure for me. It wasn't so much propaganda. But a really good well rounded education and extra curricular programme.
Thanks CCCP soyuz. 👍🏿
Yes Taya, do another one - bring it on! Compliments to you and your Dad. 😊
Love how your dad explained life in S Union. Talking about it now is fun and exciting. But going through it was hard and uncertain. I’m glad your dad found joy in telling us his experience. Wishing him long and happy life.
**A MAN OF GOOD HUMOR!!!**
I could tell that too. He was very amiable. I think that's where Taya's sister gets her sense of humor.
Nice to see ur dad , he is definitely a wise n honest person , he described things correctly
Your videos are beautiful Taya. Keep it up!
Wonderful video! More please)) And thank you and your dad! 😊
Excellent video! Your father seems like a wonderful man that is proud of his heritage. He should also be proud to have such a successful and beautiful daughter.
Great interview!!! Congratulations. We need more about your Dad!

Such a wonderful man , thank you so much for sharing your history and you life with us it is so interesting.Ukraine people are amazing 👸🏻😎
One of your best videos. I love hearing about history first hand from people who actually lived it. 👍🏻
Taya, that was an amazing interview with your dad. I love history and from eyes of someone that lived it. Thank you for sharing this. Yes def Part 2 with your dad or better yet how about a Live Stream so we could interact with him. Love how he supported you in your business as a UA-cam Vlog. Keep doing what you doing. I have just recently follow your channel. I will keep supporting your business in any way I can by donation, travel tour, and that RE. I look forward to Part 2 with your dad. Also thanks for getting back to me on the email. I look forward to the meeting about RE and looking forward for a Tour of your country to learn more of your culture. Best Regard, -Vin
This is an outstanding and illuminating video (2nd time I have watched it)! Yes, both a part 2, and a Hungry 90's video, would be welcome!
One of my favorite videos - with you interviewing your dad !
This was such an awesome video to watch. Thanks for sharing with us some of his life! Good to see that your roots come from those who were helping to get Ukrainian freedom from the Soviet Union as well
I really enjoyed this Taya, thank you. Pretty sure I understood like 30 plus % too! I’ll have to turn on the subtitles and watch again.
I, for one, wouldn’t mind seeing a semi regular ‘tea with Taya’ type videos where you just sit down and chill and talk with people you have a report with in your native language. More or less exactly like this video here.
Awesome! Next best thing to actually experiencing it in person. Give my props to Papa Игорь (sp?) too for being such a sport and sharing his experiences.
Thank you very much Taya for sharing time with your dad her is cool :) I have learned a little more about the old life and understand more about Ukraine.
Being married to a Ukraine woman and living there in Odessa region now I have a very special appreciation for now what is part of my life and family :)
Taya, I almost forgot I was preparing the meal because the conversation with your father was so captivating. I really think it's time for part two now!
This Video is Excellent, totally fascinating
Wow that was fascinating both of you are such likeable and charming people.
Hi father I'm happy to see you good health and safe imiss you father take care All ways and your family specially my sweet heart Taya ❤❤❤
Very interesting to learn how it was. Better understanding of it. 👍🙂
Very accurate and interesting history about the happenings of the late 1900-hundreds. One of the best I have seen in fact because it has such a personal touch. My grandfather was sent to Siberia as well but managed to get back, that happened some 30 years earlier. Maybe history just keeps repeating it self until we have an awakening. Thank you Taya&Dad
I think he was confused regarding Russian culpability in the Iran, Iraq war. Having said that, I can relate to his questioning, enquiring mind. In the UK we had 2, then 3 TV channels until 1982, when channel 4 debuted. Also, Industrial strikes, unemployment, urban decay, terrorism, hungerstrikes (northern Ireland) were all occuring in 1970s/80s UK. I was at junior school in 1982 and only a handful of kids in the class had been abroad; quite a few weren't familiar with the countryside either.
Сэр, я люблю вашу дочь
она милая девушка, приветливая, вежливая
Спасибо
very interesting video. thanks for sharing.
Both thumbs up for the 90's interview with your dad!
Great video 👍👍
This has been one of my favorite interviews you have done because it gives a first hand account of how life was back then and we get to see where you get your thought and thinking from. You are a rebel Taya
Part two, woo!
I love your dad and his shirt 😍 and Taya you also look adorable ❤️
This was super interesting. Your dad is cool! I would love to hear more about the economics of the USSR.
Great video. I looked forward to hearing about the 1990s
Your dad is cool!!!
excellent content! very interesting! well done!
Very interesting. what an intelligent man who lets all of us know about his history. Great
This is a great video!!!!!
Can't wait for Part 2, hopefully it's still on your, " To Do List". 🙂
Very interesting Taya.
Очень интересный и полезный интервью! Молодец!
pls add more details with part 2 ..3..with social living and all aspects of life. spasibha
Great dady...salute,stay safe,stay strong.shamim,ban💛💙❤💚
The school picture was from 1982-1983. I remember back then. Reagan was just getting started in his first term. He would eventually challenge Gorbachev to tear down the Berlin Wall.
This was the most interesting interview you have done.... In my eyes. I know nothing about that side of the world.
Thank you for the "insider" view....
You are such a "Dream woman".
I knew very little about the Soviet Union growing up. But in April 1986 my perspective changed forever. I was in junior high. Thats about all I can say to that. This video just increased your coolness 😁
If you knew very little about the Soviet Union, how could you have had a 'perspective' to change? ... so to speak.
@@stuartwray6175 Chernobyl changed my perspective of it forever. Sitting in a classroom, watching the aftermath on TV.
This is very important history. Thank you
Thanks 👍👊❤️🤗
how did i miss this? this is great
This is so interesting!!!
Taya thanks the interview with your father even though it's for the first time I'm hear your language in Ukraine..in conversation again thanks in video..
