If the greyish brown panels were green instead and the midsole was cream/sail, I would have def bought. I feel tempted to buy the nightwatch green 1906r pair that's on sale everywhere and pairing it with cream/sail laces instead
These are nice; I always like dark green and kelly green together; but if the intent is to reference a luxury watch, I don’t think the 1906R was the right model to use. I think the 550/650 would have been better for that.
If it's to have a watch connection, I'd say Rolex before VC. That green is very similar to a Rolex box, and the gold is the color of the crown. I collect sneakers and watches 😅

The theme doesn’t really make sense. VC isn’t readily associated with green, that’d be Rolex, and the shoe doesn’t give off “luxury” to me, would’ve been more appropriate with leather (even patent). As a watch enthusiast as well, the pack is a miss for me.

If the last colorway (orange laces) went on sale I bet these will. Might as well wait and see instead of picking up a pair too quickly.

I think you just have to wear different colours than you'd regularly wear. Either sharp black pants or extremely tan pants with a complimenting shirt
