Ive only had my z flip 4 for like 4 days. And i like it alot. Specially since im trying to reduce my phone time. Because its clamed ive already noticed it helps prevent me feom using it so often. And its super cool to flip it and tuck it away. It feels safer if it drops too. I think this might be my new phone line to get now every year
I have been using the phone for more than a month and its super cool.I am able to do more from the cover screen itself and I got this on a offer with watch 4 classic and things like changing the wifi, keeping it in silent and DND from the watch itself. Phone fits perfecly in the jeans but it is a chore to take out the phone from the pants, it just gets stuck..A great phone
I had a Pixel 6 and traded it in for a Flip 4. The Pixel was big and heavy and I felt it should have worked better than it did. I'm not a nerd or a collector of phones, I just want something to take care of my daily tasks, messages, etc. This meets my needs and it's fun I don't even notice "the crease" at all "what crease?. I've had it a few days and all of a sudden the emojis all disappeared, yep gone. I've been trying to get them back, but not knowing how I'll go to the store and ask. It also stopped spell correcting, but I managed to get that working again. I will admit that changing to this phone I was influenced by Sylvie in Emily In Paris - plz don't judge. All in all I'm happy with the phone, it fits in my pocket, purse, etc. and it's not heavy.
I do I love my phone I've had it for about 6 months now. I don't have any issues with it internally at all. I dropped it one time without a very good case on it and ended up having to get a new one. Other than that this phone has been freaking awesome....

@@speedninja007 I wouldn't buy one if you can't have it insured. The screen in the middle eventually separates and so you have to get the screen protector replaced on it. They come already on it so I don't even know if you can buy a new screen protector to put on them and install it yourself. It's a very very good phone I'm a painter and I fold it up and throw it in my back pocket so I can bend low and it never gets in my way. My girlfriend has an iPhone and I think they suck but she loves her iPhone and I love my Android so there's that.
Zflip 4 is an iteration from zflip 3... definitely needed a battery boost with a faster battery charger. Wasn't planning on upgrading to zflip 4 but when they were promoting the preorder deal, well the orginal preorder deal for $900 credit for zflip 3!! Who could pass on that... plus free 256 memory upgrade & free case. But this time I got in Bespoke edition... it was out of my budget for the zflip 3 last year but not this year! Yeah... would have been great if they changed the design just a bit so I don't feel like I have the zflip 3. Samsung you guys REALLY need to increase the cover screen and functionality, you know you have the capability... what you waiting for?!

I've never had a flip before so was thinking the hinge might break etc. Once I got it though no issues. I put a UAG phone case on it and it feels secure. I don't notice the crease I do think at 800 plus they should have put better cameras on it. My other complaint is how come my S21 plus has UI5 and android 13 and this phone that is newer doesn't most likely I'm thinking it's because besides Motorola they have no real competition in the Flip market. Overall I like it and it fits in my Pocket Tshirts.

Hi, I know you asked the uploader, but I wanted to answer as well. I also went from a S21 Ultra to a Flip 4, and there is absolutely no difference in speed and performance; it's super fast. It never lags out or stutters. You will notice the battery going down way faster than on the S21 Ultra though, but the phone itself lasts an entire day (for me at least).

I havent had a huge problem with app performance, although i can sort of notice that its a little bit slower, but not a deal breaker. I agree with you though, the battery of this phone bothers me, mainly because I loved the battery life of my S21U

@Ridku13 oh it expired but the phone was 499$ also came with a free case and charger and it was 299 with the trade in with my iPhone 13 but I ended up getting a fold instead
Not sure now I’ve been seeing too many posts and UA-cam videos of the screens breaking for no reason so I would think hard. Maybe get a s22 ultra instead.

I've been using flip4 for a week now..I have a lot of issues..First, auto rotate is on but not working. Second, lift to wake is on but also not working. Lastly I cant use one hand mode when in flex mode when in fact I did not enable flex mode..I feel frustrated..
i think they couldn't physically fit a third or bigger camera in the flip series, and if they did it would reduce the battery life to maybe 3-4 hours of screen on time
I had this phone for a couple days and I dropped it. The hinge broke and I couldnt close the phone anymore. Because I am an epileptic I had to take this as a sign and return the thing. The iPhone I could throw across the room and it not break as easily as the flip did. 😕
My S9 just died after ab 4 - 5 years of use. now I'm really considering the flip 4 as a replacement. is it a good idea? (because ive heard alot of screen and crease issues)
If you're still deciding, I also went from a s9 to the flip 4 and I love it! It definitely feels like a huge upgrade coming from an older phone and haven't had any issues.
@Bankautomat Flip 4 has been holding up great for me, no issues! I was very cautious with not dropping it, but overtime its taken a few tumbles and never had an issue with the screen or hinge. I also haven't felt the need to upgrade to the newest right away either.
I had this phone for 4 months and then upper screen stopped working, black dot appeared on crease and in just a few days it became large hole on entire screen, phone became unusable. I returned it to Samsung, I waited for 15 days to get answer. I'm not planning to use Samsung anymore, though I used Samsung phones for 15 years. Big disappointment. I had Samsung Galaxy 9 for 6 years, never had a problem with it, and it's still working. This flip couldn't hold on for 4 months.
I had this for 4 days and I will be shipping it back. Don’t get me wrong its a great phone(definitely not a flagship worthy price of a phone) but I will go back to my iphone 13 pro as my main.

I disliked that when folded my options were limited and having to flip open everytime i needed to use it kinda annoyed me. Also fear of ruining the hinge every time i open and close.. its so fragile 🥺 I went back to iphone even w limited accessibility its just so simple to use.
My brothers z flip 4 just stopped working. The small display aorks just fine, but the main display doesnt woork at all. And while me and him were brainstorming ideas on why it wasnt working, he unfolded the phone and it started blaring an alarm. He quickly closed it and it stopped blaring the noise. Does ANYONE have a similar experience?
I have an S22 6.1 inches as my main Phone. Love the cameras. Specially when I take photos of the moon. I want a Z Flip 4 as my secondary phone and maybe will become on my main Phone, who knows, I love the technology and I found this Z Flip 4 very interesting and funny. I like the Flip4. It's a great phone. Definitely, has it's own niche. If you don't mind the flip then you'll enjoy the phone. I mean that's what its all about.

I didn't notice a speed slow down or anything like that. S21 ultra is a great phone. The flip4 is a different type of phone compared to s21 ultra.
