I wouldn’t grant the CRA of 1964 ANY credence at all as a good thing to happen. It has been used as an unassailable cudgel against constitutional freedom in a way which was never seen before. It is damnable and should be thrown out completely.
Notice that they had to include “religion,” suggesting Christianity, in the wording of the body of that law to make it just palatable enough for the masses, through their legislators, to swallow it. Look at how honest that wording turned out to be.

One thing to add, the failure of the post Civil War order was not the lack of laws, nor was it the lack of judges willing to interpret the law constitutionally. The problem sat in the lap of executives, both federal and statewide who refused to enforce the equal application of justice. Black citizens could have the rights removed without protection from police sheriffs DAs or governors. The national GOP was willing to abandon citizens in the south and exchange for Hayes being elected president. This was a failure of the executive branch. What was the solution? Give the executive branch more power. Never let a crisis go to waste, aye!?

Reverse racism is adherence to God's law, not the hatred of a different group of people with a different skin color.
Wade is flat wrong that you can't look at the text of the CRA of 1964 for to find the problem, the wording of the law is precisely the problem. It says if I dare to go into business the State has the power to override my freedom of religion and freedom of association and thus has a greater claim on the use of my labor and property than I do. If I don't own my own labor and the fruits thereof, if I am stripped of my power to consent to or refuse to consent to a business transaction, then I am a slave. Thus text of the CRA makes me a slave of the state. Consequently, the CRA more than anything else converted the US into a covert socialist state. It must be abolished along with the 1913 income tax and federal reserve amendment.
It’s not about the “following laws”. It’s about how the courts handled that law and how the executive enforces.

When America began to adopt the mentality of the people in this panel here, they began to lose their country. What they're trying to do is create some sort of balance of equality between the races but that always leads to one group being favored over another. Whites are now at the bottom. You are going to have to pick a side because either side you pick is going to be messy.

@jonathanmartinez2581. Did Joe use the word “empathy” for whites? (I didn’t catch it.) It’s not a word with a single definition, you know. The postmodern version of it is probably appropriately deemed a sin (as Doug has surmised in the past). That kind of empathy would be wrong regardless of who its recipients are.
The group here seemed to be saying that racism goes mostly in one direction these days. I very much doubt that that is true. And frankly, I don’t think whites are being shown all that much antipathy. At the very least, it’s not particularly debilitating.
But quietly, pervasively Christianity is being suppressed. And it is having a profoundly negative effect on the country.
