Thank you for a great video. I am part of a group of ladies who are card makers and we have grown so much in three years that now we teach one another. This video has been sent to all the members. You do a great job of teaching and making a video.
Thank you so much for this video. I have tried watercoloring 3 ways in the past month and have failed miserably. Learned so much in the first minute! I'm excited to try it again today.
What a wonderful video. I have watched 3 this morning. Thank you for doing these tutorials to teach us how to us products. I get confused at some of the products and how to use them. What a great reference to have these. They inspire me.
That was fun, fun, fun! One doesn't realize what they already have on hand until you opened my eyes to different sources of water coloring. I've been using my watercolor pencils a lot and really enjoy them but I'm going to try some more sources now that I've watched your wonderful video. Thanks much.
So very helpful! I thank you. Nice video quality as well; the all white background, the simple narration without annoying music, and the many useful bits of information make this a good posting.
Thank you very much, Shari. I have not had much interest in the distress stains but now I see what can be done with the water coloring, I will have to add them to my want list. I love vibrant colors. Thanks agin. I really enjoyed your video.
Sherri, thanks so much for this informative video! I have not tried water colors yet even though I have water color pencils, Distress markers and inks, and other water color mediums....crazy eh! You have convinced me to give it a go as I love water colored images and your finished card is just gorgeous! TFS
Fantastic video! I loved the way you used each of them. Now to dig mine out of the drawer dedicated to watercolors and USE them. Thanks for making watercoloring easy.
Loved this! Saved it as well, i'm just getting into this and it was a perfect explanation for what i'd need to do with different products! TFS ~ leslie
Great video Sherri, as always. So, basically, any of the distress ink products can be used for water coloring with a brush, they are all interchangeable. Thanks for confirming that. Love the H2O's. Does Luminarte still sell these?
I love having alternative ways to use the types of Watercolors in different ways to different outcomes. I know there are more out there in Scrap Land, but I'm planning to take it slow. LOL
Great informative video :-) not sure how many of you know but after you screw the tip off of the water brush you can also pull that black circular think out of the water reservoir and fill it up by pouring water in that way you don't have to squeeze it and dip it into your bowl, but I do like the squeezing method do just incase you are nowhere near a sink or you are riding in a car and don't want to pour the water in and possibly spill it all over your car. Just my thoughts. Happy crafting :-)
Angela Restad I like to fill mine with a squeeze bottle with a tip, some contact solutions have them. Then you can recap that bottle of water. That would work well in the car, on the go.
I didnt know you could refill the tim holtz watercolor brush that way. Iv always just sqeeze the tube then when you release is when the water fills in the tube.
The Peerless watercolour pad is great, I love that it comes in a paper booklet. It blew my mind the first time I saw one. It looks like paper... wait, nope, just kidding, its actually paint. Haha.
JaxonRita you can see better at the end, that raised edge it is embossed to keep the color into the petals. I was curious too and asking the same question until I saw the card she showed at the end and understood why she white embossed the flowers :) hope it helps

Why white emboss the flowers to start?
