I propose that the camera is not accelerating. But it is the space station that accelerates from the reboost. Since everything in the ship is connected to it EXCEPT the camera and the astronaut, no force is being applied to them. The ship moves causing the appearance that the camera is moving. Please explain.

exactly-the illusion is that the camera is accelerating; but it’s the space station that’s getting the boost/ being accelerated!

Air resistance would eventually stop it. In a near perfect vacuum it would go in for ever

What took the videos of the ISS outside in space?
Some of the shots taken from outside the station are shot from approaching space vehicles: ie. Space Shuttle, Space X, Soyuz.
