The path to peace in South Sudan remains a rocky one. Just this past weekend, the government announced a deal in which rebel leader Riek Machar would return -- and share power with his rival, Salva Kiir. But his party has since rejected that proposal.

Putting arm embargo on sovereignty country and ban a head leader of sovereignty country for these groups who taken an horrific and unjustify action against their own government. It is absolutely absurd and destructive ideas.
