One thing I know for sure is after working with flat lashes (any brand) for so long switching to the cylinder ( traditional) style lashes are SUPER hard

Also, having something like a referral program where the person who refers you gets a small discount is a tactic many salons/businesses use and it can help find you new clients :) Hope that helps!

How do you keep your hand so steady. Like is there a better way of hand placement?
Overtime I think you just become more comfortable! In the beginning, also take the time to stretch your hands and wrists every 30 minutes or so to relieve any tension that may build up!
Hey to sanitize your tools are there any substitutes for barbicide???
Good question! I would recommend reaching out to your local State Board of Cosmetology to see if there are other acceptable alternatives. They'll have the best and more accurate info for you!
I have a question. I have a client with a very... wiggly lashes. They are pointing sideways with no clear direction, some of them even go almost parallel to the lid, some thread through other lashes, also they have a very visible, break-like bend and sometimes curl with the end of the lash pointing into the root of the lash, forming almost a circle. Cleaner and primer does not help at all. Many of the decent looking lashes are unreachable, its very easy to glue some of them together in the process, and the lashes very quickly start to look undone, because they are drifting together into some sort of heavy bunches, leaving parts of the lash line practically empty. She seems okay with the results but I hate the way it turns out. Is there any way I can adress this issue? Like, use a lash lifting solution but instead of lifting straighten that mess a bit?
With lashes that are going into different directions, you can definitely try applying on the side of the lash instead of on top, as this does make application of the lashes easier. However, It does seem like your client's lashes are a bit more severe, so a lash lift may be a good solution! You can do a lash lift first, focusing on gluing the lashes as straight as possible on the form - just use a form that is an average curl. It is definitely worth trying to see if applying the extensions is easier! Depending on how fragile the lashes are, you may want to wait a week or so before applying the extensions since the lashes do go through quite a bit during the lash lift process.
