Hi, I made the bank deposit FIRST (of all the vendor checks). It's in my account as uncategorized income. How to now receive payment on the invoices (which are in QB's) so that they know that the income is from that one single deposit? Thank you!!
Please I have a stock which I did not sell last month so I posted a provisional sales, which I debited my bank and credit USD sales by using journal so now I sold the stock please what else should I do .is it to reverse the posting and post on my sales or what.please help. The second one is we are into exchange I mean bureau de change. So we deal with dollar ,pounds & EURO .if we purchase from customers I do post the purchase but if I want to sale it will be telling me that I have insufficient USD to sale so what do I do .thank you

Hey there, James. If you would like to set up a recurring payments but not have it attached to an invoice, you can set that up via your merchant account. Must I use “Undeposited Funds” account to record a wire deposit (which went directly into my bank account)?

What about when you download bank feeds and see these remote deposits as "undeposited funds" and "split" in these accounts?
