- Hi babes! This Lane Bryant haul was interesting, we tried a few different types of jeans in 38/40 with mixed success. And that's okay! Hopefully you find it educational. At the end you'll see I forgot to try on a few awesome tops for y'all that was such a mistake - they're great. I fully recommend. If I get the energy to film another video soon I'll add these to it, I know how important it can be to see something on an actual large body before buying. Signature fit authentic straight ankle mid-rise jeans are no longer on the LB website! You may be able to size down, and I found them long for an ankle jean. They had plenty of room in the front for some hanging lower belly like mine pre-panniculectomy.

Could possibly size down; roomy but did not notice them stretching out. Plenty of room for some belly and for bigger thighs and calves. Too long for my shorter stature, may hem or roll them.

Pedal jeans are no longer on the LB website and I can't find anything similar enough to recommend but there are tons of jeans on their site to check out.

My favorite pair of jeans is the cropped boot flare that I picked up late fall/early winter and they promptly went off of the LB website! I cannot find something similar enough to recommend but there are tons of jeans on their site to check out.

Too straight cut for my shape so while the upper body/shoulder was a little roomy, the hip did not fit

This sweatshirt is so magical I bought them both and wear them almost every day. Sometimes I sleep with one balled up as a pillow because they're so soft - when my cats don't steal them. :)

This was a great video. I’ve been wondering about Lane Bryant jeans. I’m about the same size as you and have the same issues with Torrid. I’m sorry you are not feeling well. Don’t over do yourself. Your health is more important than doing new videos. Your fans will still be here when you have some energy back.
You’re too sweet… I’m frustrated with torrid’s jeans and it’s not just me. Or you! I don’t know how I can wear trousers or dresses etc but not jeans and not button ups! LB jeans I think are well worth checking out.

Hey girl! I did kinda like the purple after seeing it on camera lol. But alas I have a closet full of blouses and no longer spend time in office. The hot pink they have more of in other colors too - on clearance! Roomier than a torrid size 6. Love it… not as much as the flannels but I’m pretty sure those are sold out. 😞 As always, I’m glad you’re here!!! XOXO

I have very large and lumpy legs due to varicose veins so never wear jeans or leggings only skirts! I feel for you though when I see how difficult it is to find jeans that fit right. When we are so large it is a struggle finding anything that fits right,tops on me are too large on shoulders but upper arm too tight and hip area too snug . 😬 Wish plus size would fit clothes on real people who are in upper sizes rather than a 20 and just add inches to clothes! Sorry to rant but the strain is real . Love your channel and your descriptions and reviews are spot on . 👌😊

I really like those orange pants but, you are going to have to realize that your smaller then what you think you are I do the same thing I also wear clothes that’s to big on me it’s because I don’t want to wear anything tight so I go up a size can’t wait for your other video take care of yourself so you can make more videos I really enjoy them 💕😊
