I haven't even finished the whole video yet, but already I am blown away by how well this video was made. It's clear that you spent a long time creating this video and you paid attention to each and every little detail. There are timestamps included, and you even have the PowerPoint presentation on the right! I was trying to find a video that explained each and every feature of this calculator in detail, and this was the only video I could find that went into such depth! Kudos to you, Ahmad! 👏
I lost my manual and I was constantly slowed down on the SAT practice test because the answers always showed up in fraction and then I had to go back and do the calculation again ,this video was a life saver tq
I was looking to buy a basic scientific calculator for project calculations. This calculator was one of the least expensive options at Walmart. I had some trouble figuring out how to enter calculations so I looked for a tutorial to learn how to operate the functions on this calculator. I managed to follow this video and replicate all the examples up to complex calculations. I watched the rest of the video but realized I was not familiar with those math functions. It now looks like I need to dig in and learn some new math to understand the rest of the math behind the remaining functions. Thanks for the fantastic presentation. I have subscribed and saved this video under a new folder called HOMEWORK.
Thank you so much for this video! I got my calculator yesterday and this helped me to figure out why all of my equations kept saying error. This is an extremely well put together and insanely informative video that I would recommend to anyone trying to learn!
I just got this model. I was worried I wouldn't be able to fully know how to use it just with the manual, thanks to you know I can learn everything I need about this calculator. Thank you!

Very Professional effort. Not seen as patient and precise walk-through. Casio unfortunately has a very confusing and poor system of manual and support. This gentleman has made a video on fx991EX Classwiz, which he calls "Manual" and is actually far better than the casio's own manual. 👍🏆🏅🥇
Thank you so much sir for simplifying this casio calculator and putting so much time and effort in all the materials .Even casio could never come up with this
My old fx-991es plus lcd was damaged. I had it back before 10yrs. I bought the new one. It looks okay, but other than that it's exactly like the old one in terms of functionality. I'll take it. Thanks for making this video!
You are welcome. The best thank you for me is to subscribe to my channel. Your subscription is stamp of approval and my videos will be suggested to more people and this will help me. I appreciate it. thanks❤️ Ahmad from Canada
A warning about using the (-) button..... it acts like you've entered -1 times whatever follows so that if you enter this: (-) 1 and then hit the x^2 button, you get -1 times 1 squared = -1 and not (-1)^2 = 1. You should either use parentheses or hit Ans after the combination (-) 1 to have -1 as the working variable.
So this calculator only allows entering formulas and then fully evaluating them? It doesn't allow doing calculations on the fly? On some calculators, you can press, let's say, [2] [9] [-] [3] [=] to get 26, and then if you press [=] again, it repeats the last operation (subtracts another 3) with every [=] press. Can this trick be done on this calculator too?
Very helpful video. Only wish you zoomed (out) a bit more so we could see the buttons you are pressing a bit better. It is too bad the actual manufacturer does not take accountability to do a video like this to explain their complicated product. Thanks again !
Zooming out would make the text look very small. You must have skipped where at the binging I said I will show they by brining the calculator up on the screen for the first time. So you gotta watch from the beginning to learn and have no complaints.

Very informative video, I have casio fx-85es plus-2 which doesn't have all the feature in this video, but this video is still very helpful. Thanks brother.
Hi,You have a more advance model (FX-991ES Plus C 2nd edition). I imagine the "C" version gives you more functions than mine (FX-991ES Plus 2nd edition) for example many more "Alpha" functions like GCD or LCM I dont have... Where can I find this model ?
Awesome and helpful video!!! May I ask, if you wanted to calculate the integral of [cos(2x)]^2 from π (pi) to 2π (2pi) what result would it give? Would it give π / 2 (pi / 2) or 1.57079632...? Because for example I saw that while the FX-991EX in such cases was giving examples like π /2, 7π etc, the FX-991CW was giving the approximation values like 1.570796..., 21.99114858... etc. I believe you understand what I am saying. If you know what happens on this FX-991ES Plus 2nd Ed. or if you could try it it would really help as I want to buy a scientific calculator but it would be helpful in University exams to show the result as multiple of π rather than an aproximate decimal value. Thanks in advance if you answer and again nice video and thank you for the time you gave helping us! 🙏
it gives decimal value. I know in cources you instructor may ask for exact value. but this will not do it. by the way integrating [cos(2x)]^2 from π (pi) to 2π (2pi) is π.

Is there a mode setting where the SD button will allow me to switch between a fraction result, the decimal, AND the scientific format.? My old Sharp used to allow this. Thanks
@@equaser For example, in default mode (math io 1 / norm 1), 890 /56 is either 445/28, 15.89285714 with a bar over the last 6 digits , or just 15.89285714 using SD button. In this mode , scientific notation does not appear (I.e 1.589285714 EE 01) Norm 2 gives the same result. If I switch to SCI mode 0 , the SD button offers scientific mode for 890/56, but other calculations appear to disable the SD button in this mode. Eg Combinations 20C5 gives only 1.5504 EE4 and the SD button does not flip it to 15504. Same with say 56tan(20)= 1.2528 EE 2. Again SD button has no effect if I want to display as 125.28.
@@equaser That does not produce scientific notation. In SCI mode, the calculator produces what I want gor simple calculations, but not for the output of functions, which is strange.
